We had a wonderful stay. Specifically, Benjamin who greeted us at the front door was so helpful and made our stay memorable. He went above and beyond making sure we had the perfect Dublin stay. We look forward to coming back.

Stylish rooftop with an amazing atmosphere and one of the best views in the city. The service was great, and Utku’s signature cocktails really stood out — unique, well-balanced, and full of flavor. A perfect spot for a classy night out. I’ll definitely be back!

Nice rooms but needed some maintenance (paint touch up, carpet cleaning). Beautiful spa area. Some faults in the customer service aspect. About a 10 minute walk to temple bar area. Quiet which I appreciated.

Called in for a drink at the bar. Quiet, calm, surroundings, and very friendly and attentive staff. Good location if heading for a night out - Bord Gas very close, and 3 Arena a 15-20 minute walk away. Some nice eateries very close by, too.

The rooftop bar has a really nice Asian small plates menu. Really nice venue and the food is delicious.

I came without a reservation with a group of friends, and Matteo was excellent in service! He managed to follow us all and find us the table with the best position. Always present, super kind and professional.

Gabriella and Astrid made our day with a thoughtful and unexpected room upgrade. Sabrina at Reception welcomed us with such grace and kindness. Deveshwar, the Restaurant Supervisor provided exceptional hospitality, and Saurav at the bar crafted an amazing experience. A special thanks to Alam and Raymond from the night staff, who went above and beyond to attend to my children’s little requests with patience and genuine care. Every aspect of our stay felt seamless, thoughtful, and elevated.
