Always a tasty Chinese, but I never get the curry sauce so don't quote me

Called to let restaurant know that the spicebags were going downhill a bit. Far too much onion, literally only 2 tiny pieces of green pepper & no spicebag flavour, just onion flavour. The lovely girl on the phone asked chefs about it, and I heard them all start screaming at her in Chinese. I felt so bad for her. They sounded so angry, it was frightening. I don't think I'll order from here again. I understand that spicebags aren't actually Chinese and the chefs may have seen it as unnecessary or silly but they screamed at that poor girl who did the phones. All because THEY let their standards slip.

Regularly forget food from our order. This delays us being able to eat and the remainder of our food is cold when the rest arrives
