The Mercantile in Dublin

The rooms, although small, are very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent. The food is very good, the buffet has a wide variety of delicious dishes. The service, especially Marco, is very friendly and attentive.

The hotel is located in Dublin City center, which makes it a great location to walk almost everywhere. The rooms are small but perfect if you are planning to spend all day out, I love the decorations and hotel’s vibe. The restaurant service is great, the food and drink are delicious and the bakery is just perfect. Our server Marco was always attentive during breakfast , he is great and we had a great experience.

Great location to explore Dublin. Rooms are very small but manageable. Hotel is in excellent condition. Food & personnel outstanding.

Lovely hotel, rooms a bit small, but the staff were excellent, very friendly, and professional, especially Marisa, who was welcoming, always smiling, and knew how to manage her team. The service was quick and efficient. A very pleasant four-day stay!

A fantastic option for staying in the city. Public transport is practically right outside the door. Reception, concierge, breakfast team, and room service: all top-notch. Highly recommended!

I can't fault this hotel location design staff the room all excellent. Location: Olympia 2 mins away Tempe bar 3mins spar or centra if you need a few bits. Design: I LOVE the old style design if I could dress up in bowler hat and long coat I would. the guy doing magic on the TV in reception tickled me. The staff: I can not fault the staff the 2 ladies on reception were super professional on check in helped the missis with gluten questions and every time we left or returned they said good bye or hello welcome back. Also the gentleman on the door very pleasant greeting he even took the time to talk to another patron about places to go the main parts of Dublin. Even the lady (I'm not sure of her roll) in the lift told us to have a good stay The room: clean room comfortable bed and clean tea and coffee making facilities. I 100% recommend staying here.

All the staff at the hotel were great didn’t matter what time of day or who it was they all genuinely care and want you to have the best stay possible. The location is right in the heart of the tourist part of the city making it easy to walk to anything you may want to do. The building is also very secure at night they have security and you can only access the building with a key card at night so peace of mind with the added security. Overall out stay was exceptional and if we ever go to Dublin again I would 100% stay there again no questions asked.
