Hotel and staff were fabulous! Everything is exceptionally clean and updated. Location is perfect! The only slight downfall is the size of the rooms (barely enough room for a full size suitcase), but would definitely recommend and stay again when in Dublin!

Superb hotel. The decor is magnificent. The staff is very welcoming. It's ideally located right in the city center. Breakfast isn't included, but I highly recommend it; it's amazing. The room is soundproofed; we couldn't hear the street. The room is clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need.

rooms have been nicely modernized although a tad bit on the cozy size. upgraded bathrooms with rain head showers were a nice touch. the location, though, was phenomenal. no noise from the surrounding vibrant city either. service and staff were welcoming, helpful and all around nice.

Secure entrance. Warm, friendly welcome. The bar/restaurant is very pleasant. The waiters, waitresses, and bartenders are efficient, friendly, and always checking that everything is alright! A lively but very English atmosphere.

Great stay at the Mercantile, we visited for St. Patrick's and the hotel has a great location, even though is right in Dame which is quite busy the room is very well sound isolated, so no noise. Excellent attention from Gina at front desk and Marco on the restaurant.

A gem of a find on our break in Dublin. We were greeted and looked after by Marco who was so friendly and offered us advice on where to go in this lovely city. We enquired as to the breakfast menu and were pleasantly surprised at the offering at the Mercantile. €22 for a superb Irish breakfast and unlimited access to the breakfast buffet consisting of an array of pastries, baked goods and fresh fruits and yoghurts, fresh coffee and juices. Marco looked after us from start to finish and I cannot recommend his service and this place enough!!! Will be sure to visit here again.
