The Mercantile in Dublin

Secure entrance. Warm, friendly welcome. The bar/restaurant is very pleasant. The waiters, waitresses, and bartenders are efficient, friendly, and always checking that everything is alright! A lively but very English atmosphere.

Great stay at the Mercantile, we visited for St. Patrick's and the hotel has a great location, even though is right in Dame which is quite busy the room is very well sound isolated, so no noise. Excellent attention from Gina at front desk and Marco on the restaurant.

A gem of a find on our break in Dublin. We were greeted and looked after by Marco who was so friendly and offered us advice on where to go in this lovely city. We enquired as to the breakfast menu and were pleasantly surprised at the offering at the Mercantile. €22 for a superb Irish breakfast and unlimited access to the breakfast buffet consisting of an array of pastries, baked goods and fresh fruits and yoghurts, fresh coffee and juices. Marco looked after us from start to finish and I cannot recommend his service and this place enough!!! Will be sure to visit here again.

The hotel is truly amazing! The location is amazing. The restaurants and bars are very close by. I had a wonderful experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I wanted a drink in the restaurant that they didn't have, and they specially got it from somewhere else so I could drink it. AMAZING! The food is also very tasty, and the prices were surprisingly low. Overall, a great experience.
