The Morgue Pub in Dublin

Nice local pub, does really good food but clears out quite quickly once the food is finished, it's not one for a big night out

Can’t get over the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff here when we came for Sunday carvery lunch. My dad is a wheelchair user and they are so accommodating. Not just him but also myself as the carer. Food was delicious.

The food was lovely. I booked the dinning area which was full when we arrived. The manager eventually brought us to a high table with high stools ridiculous as we were there for a meal. I told the manager that that was totally unacceptable. He said you didn't specify when you booked. I booked in advance for the dinning area. He did seat us in the dinning area but I found his manner to be rude and he had a kind of angry demur. Maybe he should consider another line of work as it is obvious that he isn't good with dealing with customers.

Food is always very good here anytime we visit.

Good food and reasonably priced for carvery

We have gone to this restaurant for many years. The food is delicious, and the service is wonderful. They are doing an 'early bird special' at the moment, so get it while you can. Highly recommended

Here in the centre of Templeogue lies a pub of renown. First thing you notice about the Morgue is its atmosphere. Kind of place where you would attend a wake maybe reason it got the name morgue. Chef very dull un interested in customers no manners. Two girls at checkout why I don't know neither friendly. Now the food very average not tasty. You have to beg for service poor floor staff. The ones who are on duty just gather in cornerstone chat chat. Won't be returning.

Old man pub, been around since I can't remember, must go in again and try food, nothing to complain or to promote but a decent pint of Guinness
