Great coaches, great atmosphere, great range of classes. Been going to work on my hip mobility and have seen a massive improvement in knee and back pain that plagued me for a long time. The coaches are very knowledgeable and were able to help me concentrate on movements and exercises that targeted my specific weaknesses.

The movement studio is so special to me .It is a place where my confidence has grown my fitness has increased and where friendships have flourished. It's unlike any other gym I have ever attended. It's a community where all are welcome and you are encouraged to go at your pace. I have done things that I never thought possible for me and I aim to continue exploring what else my body can do with the expert trainers. Thank you for creating this amazing space for all bodies. The ethos is very positive, welcoming and accepting. Certainly worth visiting if you're considering improving your flexibility and movement. Lovely people running the studio and classes, and consequently that is reflected in the people attending. Highly recommend.

Long overdue five star review! I absolutely love the Movement Studio. I was never a consistent gym member before but I’ve been a member here for just over a year and I still can’t believe that I look forward to each session. The coaches are amazing - really knowledgeable and encouraging. The emphasis is on doing everything well to your own level and pushing yourself a little more each week. Classes are small and training is very personalised. Programs change every few weeks which gives you enough time to work on different skills and movements. I feel stronger & fitter than I’ve ever been & I love it!

Joining The Movement Studio is the best investment I have made in myself in years. You know a studio is good when the 6:15am classes are consistently packed! The coaches are first class. Andy has an unbelievable talent for coaching - his passion shines through, he wants everyone to push themselves and is genuinely proud when you achieve something that seemed out of reach. And David is great at breaking down movements and taking time to make sure everyone gets it. The programmes are carefully designed, with levels to suit all abilities. I can't say enough good things about this place. I can't quite believe the change it has made in how I feel in my body - I'm no longer tired (despite the early starts) or sore from lifting and carrying kids. If you are considering trying it out, DO!

This review is LONG overdue but there's nothing like some distance to help crystallise realising what you had! The Movement Studio was recommended to me by a friend when I was luckily living in D12. "Don't bother considering anything else" was their advice and they were right. Training here is like nothing else. The holistic approach and variety in the training programmes, the dedication of skilled coaches, the community that they nurture and the positive, inclusive culture results in something genuinely life-changing and so enjoyable. I learned so much in my year there that stands to me every day since - about training, about my body and why movement is key to health and happiness. Holding on to hope the 2nd branch is north of the Liffey :)

Coming up on 5 months with the Movement Studio. I am definitely building strength - I will manage an unassisted pull up eventually! I had a lot of shouler pain due to some rotator cuff tears which really held me back in the last year. While I have to be careful (in case my physio is reading this!) in the last 2 months or so it really has not inhibited me in my training or day to day life. I put this down to the strength I am building "around" the joint as I progress with Moveme Critically for me also, the class format and variety also makes it easier to stick to the habit of showing up 3-4, somtimes even 5 times each week thanks to the nice coaches and friendly like-minded people to train with. And Andy makes a mean double espresso too! Other coffee shops take note!
