On the day we arrived, we stopped in here just for a beer, but ended up staying for food too! The waitress was super lovely, and the food was tasty with generous portions. It's a cozy spot with live music right in Dublin's Temple Bar, and the prices are typical for the area.

A Fantastic Lunch at The Norseman in Temple Bar. We went for lunch at The Norseman in the Temple Bar area and were very happy with the experience. The live music created a fun and lively atmosphere, the food was fresh and full of flavor, and the service was friendly and attentive. A great spot to enjoy a meal and soak in the Dublin vibe. Highly recommended!

Came in as a group of three for dinner and got a table quickly. We ordered the cottage pie and fish and chips. We all enjoyed our meal a lot. Food was tasty and our waitress was friendly.

I asked for a Rock Shandy and the foreign female server had no idea what it was even after I explained. I eventually got a drink resembling one. When I got a second drink I picked a different server (again foreign, English wasn’t very good) and she also had no idea what a Rock Shandy was. Very nice pub, great location, good music but if you are going to employ foreigners rather than Irish people then provide adequate training.

Good pub, great music, and good beer! The pint is expensive because it's in the Temple Bar area.

Guinness is relatively expensive compared to restaurants in Dublin. The atmosphere and music are great. It could be a bit quieter, though.

A fun pub. Easier to get a table than other places in Temple Bar. Food was good. Beer and whiskey also. Service was good, friendly attentive staff. Live music was a nice addition while we ate and relaxed with a pint.
Just happened to find this place while walking back to our pub we were staying at … what an absolute treat… bang on for atmosphere and entertainment and they seafood chowder was so delicious… the history was flowing as much as the Guinness … definitely worth a visit to the Norseman

I wandered the streets aimlessly, staring into space and attempting to find that intangible something, but Alas! I could not. So I gave up; attempted to wander into this bar instead. I was turned away by the bouncer—my existential wandering must have resembled the gait of a drunken man—but in that rejection, I realized I'd finally found it: that intangible something.

Good Craic, great service, pints are the most expensive I’ve paid in Dublin and I didn’t go back for another Guinness.
