My daughter had a wonderful experience in The Oak Room for her birthday this evening. A wonderful assault of the senses, she was especially impressed with the venison. The chef kindly signed her menu for her birthday. She is currently training to be a chef so this was a very special visit for her. My husband who accompanied her said that their waiter was fabulous, so gently attentive. Thank you all for making the experience unforgettable.

The Oak Room in Adare is a gem! The food is unique and absolutely delicious, with every dish beautifully presented. The cozy and inviting atmosphere makes dining here a real treat. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience. It's definitely a must-visit spot for a memorable meal in Adare!

This was superb from start to finish and unlike other Michelin restaurants transparent with pricing. Apart from a chocolate dessert followed immediately by chocolates, all divine, but menu needed a little more thought. Perhaps a nut brittle, marshmallow or jelly for a petit four may have been better. Each course was carefully engineered and presented, extremely flavoursome dishes. The Sommelier gave us sound advice, but your staff members were amazing in their interaction and their communication with the kitchen to go at the pace we needed. Virag was amazing - goldstar service and communication skills. Also I ate at a 2 Michelin, 2 days earlier in the week, and I definitely would have reversed the stars.
