Pure, unadulterated class. You walk into The Oak Room expecting high-end theater, but what you actually get is a masterclass in respect—for the ingredients, for the craft, and for the sheer joy of eating well. The room hits you first: magnificent, moody, steeped in history, and completely devoid of the stuffy pretense that usually poisons fine dining. Then comes the tasting menu, a beautiful, coherent narrative where every single dish lands with quiet precision. Service is sharp, warm, and delightfully human (huge shoutout to Daniel for taking care of us like absolute royalty). It’s not cheap, but brilliance rarely is. A glorious, unforgettable night of real Irish hospitality.

Wonderful experience dining at the Oak Room. The food was visually delightful and tasted wonderful. The dining area is located in the stunning Adare Manor, we were seated in front of the floor to ceiling window overlooking the expansive grounds. It felt like we were dining like royalty. I opted for the non-alcoholic pairing and the drinks were just as beautifully presented as the dishes and paired just as well as the wine. The unique drinks ranged from teas to blended juices to kambucha. Unfortunately they did not have a list of the drinks but I highly recommend trying it. Head over to your reservation early so that you can explore the grounds and have some drinks at the bar before your reservation.

Absolutely amazing experience, Daniel was delightful and we enjoyed his service a lot. The sommeliers were great at giving advice for cocktails. Food was class, I had the vegetarian option (and I'm really complicated when it comes to preferences) but they accommodated for everything. I didn't know you can cook beetroot in so many ways, I was amazed. Also the leek dish omg, I want that dip every day. My partner had the normal tasting menu, almost made me want to try it it looked so good! Definitely an experience to enjoy, food is delicious, drinks are amazing and service is class. Cheeseboard is extra but definitely worth it. I loved the blue cheese, all of them, knocked it out of the park. Gabriella was also so nice! We also had a drink at the Tack Room before and it was the best cocktail I've ever had. Definitely will be coming back.
