Irish are as tough as they come with hearts of gold. They still have morality, and can have a laugh & a joke about all of it. Irishblood was the backbone of the British empire, im not joking you look it up. And then built britain too. And policed america. Shame what happened eventually. But pride comes before the fall ey? Any man would say she never hit the ground anyway 😂

Lovely place for a meal and a few drinks. First time visiting here as I'm over seeing family for Christmas. Love the decor! Loads of choice on the menu and the portions are huge. Spoilt for choice with desserts. Staff are very friendly and attentive. I would definitely return next time I'm in Ireland.

Had an interview nearby, and called in to the Paddocks for a coffee beforehand, the two ladies working that Monday, (sorry I didn't get their names) were so helpful and accommodating, after the interview I called back there to get something to eat, and the food and service was amazing.

Went on Saturday around 5.30pm, the place was busy but not packed. The food was nice and the portion sizes were good, but we were left waiting half an hour for a round of drinks to arrive! When we asked the lounge staff twice if the drinks were on the way they were dismissive & just said they were on the way. Very disappointing service.

Fuimos a almorzar y donde nos recibió el personal muy amable , conseguimos una mesa de inmediato no tenía que reservar , pedimos una bebida y luego conseguimos algo de comida , grandes porciones sabores increíbles y postres geniales recomendaría aquí para la comida

19/11/2024: Full disclosure I am reviewing for doughballs. But everything I said is true. Still my priority is doughballs. Our server Peter was really wonderful, so quick and friendly. I had the carbonara and it was genuinely fantastic. Definitely going to get again. Edit: went again 19/11/24. can't seem to review twice so am editing this review. Our server Gary was seriously lovely. And the desserts were delicious!
18/11/2024: One of the best pizzas I've eaten. The crust was perfect and the flavor of the sauce and ingredients were really fresh. The quality/price ratio is very good. I recommend 😊
