First time eating in the ploughman even though we've lived nearby for 19 years. Pint was spot on, staff were attentive and prompt, although I would have to have kept my fork to have helped my missus finish her chips. Hot sauce chicken burger was fairly hot, chips slightly underdone, but in all, decent dinner. Probably won't take 19 years to go back.

They changed the chicken wings. My boyfriend and I used to consider it as the best chicken wings ever. They usually put Frank's sauce on it but they changed the recipe and it was okay.

The Cupcake Store

05/08/2025: Ordered 12 birthday cupcakes for my wife's birthday beautifully decorated. Was expensive because had to pay 10euro delivery online, couldn't find click and collect. But 10/10 recommend because they're worth it. We added our own candles and some dog decorations. Nearly 5 days after we got them and they're perfectly fresh. Really nice light fluffy sponge on the cupcakes. Definitely would get them again πŸ™πŸΌπŸŽ‚
