Excellent restaurant - the food was out of this world, best tapas I've had outside of Spain, really friendly staff, good service and a great atmosphere, it's so intimate with all the twinkly lights and candles. We had the most lovely evening, highly recommend.

What a great place. We had the port tasting. Then selected a Pirt and the cheese/meat board. Perfect.

The food and drinks were amazing and a great variety of options. We enjoyed everything we ordered. That said, it took forever to arrive and even longer to get a server to come to our table, whether it was to order something, to pay, etc. the atmosphere inside is very cool and full of character though.

A truly lovely place, perfect for a candlelit dinner. I had sangria, jamon croquettes, and patatas bravas, and I loved them, especially the croquettes. I highly recommend it, especially the location.

Great selection of tapas to choose from with accommodations made for food allergies. Some confusion about length of time we had the table due to conflicting information from staff, but great food and wine. Would recommend.

Have been to the Port House 2 times ( March and April 2026) and on both occasions the experience was quite enjoyable . Had different tapas namely : Bocadillos, Coliflor Rebozada,Tetilla Templada,Croquetas , Calamares a La Andaluza, Paella de Marisco, Churros con Chocolate along with Bottled Estrella Galicia .
One small point to feedback is that the corners of the restaurant , the natural light is quite low and had to use mobile telephone light to see the menu ( print was also quite small too) .
However despite that , i will return again to enjoy the atmoshere , service and enjoyable tapas ( as close to the real spanish / latina tapas in Dublin).
Would recommend to all to sample the options available.

Returned here after many years. Some minor tweaks to the restaurant from street level and downstairs, I didn't go upstairs so unsure what changes has happen up there.
An enjoyable evening overall, like pervious.
Credit to the staff for making the night run smoothly. Food was lovely, just a bit pricey, but with the current times and city rents, suppose the price needs to reflect that. House white wine was very nice. Hope to venture out again soon, and not leave it too long.
What a great little gem we just stumbled on. They gave us this quint little stop which was a hanging table in a rock cove. Honestly this would not be the spot for everyone but it was super cool!
The food was awesome, small portions so we had about 3 dishes per person to share
