The Silver Penny in Dublin

I hadn't been to the Silver Penny in a while and ended up having an absolute blast. The rugby was on, the beers were flowing and my brother and I ended up staying put all evening long. Staff were lovely also. I'd highly recommend this Weatherspoons to anyone in town. Pints were CRAZY cheap also! €2.60 for a good selection of ales.

Very busy all day but plenty of seating

Pleasant atmosphere and nice service. After you have paid for a coffee, you can refill it for free. The food is also very tasty and recommended. If you are in Dublin, it is definitely recommended to stop by the Silver Penny and have something to eat.

Nice place with good food and cheap beer.

Not too bad for a Tuesday night. Atmosphere and service might be different on a Friday night. All in all, the prices are reasonable and the staff were always on their A game.

One of the cheapest places in Dublin to have a drink, you order through the app and there is usually quite an atmosphere

Great restro bar. Perfect for group hangouts and parties. We were surprised to have food served real quick and nice. Drinks are cheaper than else.

I didn't have food so I left it 5* Service was quick even on a night where there is a gig on so insane amount of people in. Still managed to find a spot to park myself and Mill a beer or 2 in before going to the gig. Usual wetherspoons atmosphere sans music , but tell me where else are you getting such a wise choice of beers at this price ?
