Was their for business lunch food was very good would recommend both fish and beef cheese burger with chips service was good the problem was with the parking

Great place for kids because of the play area and greet place for adults because the food is great. The food is very "american" but it's tasty. The wings are exceptional and a must have. The burger patty is too thick, making it challenging to eat, so it's not enjoyable. The flavors are good though. The chicken burger is exceptionally fresh and flavourful.

Great place for families and big groups, the kids loved it, my issue is that they took soo long to serve us (maybe it was a bad day there) then when the food came, they forgot one of the meals, so that was another 10 mins wait for one of us. I took a burger, can't say it's on my top 5 burgers, but the chicken wings (which i also tried) were nice 👍

Amazing restaurant very nice food . The playground for the kids is amazing ,but the staff not really good we wait from 45 min to come to order food . The waiter didn't offer desert which was included in the kids meal we have to ask her .

I was on Saturday Night (about 6 pm) celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The service was impeccable, the food was really tasty. We had the famous buffalo chicken wings and we had the dirty chicken and it was fabulous. I have to say about the manager and the waiters/waitresses…. They deserve a special thanks and kudos! Simple perfect

Chicken wings were amazing, kids liked the sausage and mash/chips. The play area was also a big plus for my two young boys. We went on a Saturday evening and it was full, service was still good. Lots of kids playing and fairly noisy so probably not the best for just a couple but it was full of families with kids which was perfect for us. Will definitely be returning very soon.

Elephant & castle is amazing if have kids or younger kids as their big play area to too after eating your food good at Atmosphere. Could more vegan food more choices of food its brillient for kids even go to for kids

First of all a massive, MASSIVE thank you to the girl who looked after us, her name was Shekainah (sorry if I'm spelling it wrong girl!), more on that later. I called literally last minute looking for a table for 8 (including 2 children) with a pram included. I asked several questions about gluten free options and was fully reassured so we decided to just try it out. First impressions were fantastic, they found us a suitable table, pulled the blinds for our comfort and didn't rush us. There is a kids play area, and the kids menus have puzzles on the reverse. When it came to ordering Shekainah came over with water and patiently took our order with extensive knowledge of allergens, ingredients and flavours of the food. The food we all ordered was absolutely phenomenal! GF burger, skin on fries, there was soup, wings, kids meals, salads, desserts, omelettes and more. They have an extensive menu, very reasonable prices for the quality for sure. They have food for all tastes, a larges dessert menu, great drinks selection (although we didn't have anything today, the cocktails and non alcoholic options were very tempting!). I will DEFINITELY be back, and I'd recommend it to anyone with allergies, kids, parties, events etc. Thanks again everyone especially Shekainah (friendly, knowledgeable and efficient). Be back soon!
