The Tram Café in Dublin

Original location for a coffee, thea or a snack or something to bite. The inside is really nice and actually it could be the perfect location to hide with a book (or something else) and just relax.

Really liked this place. Rarely review but felt compelled to. Really good food, didn’t skimp on portion or quality. Nice sandwiches, pastries, and coffee friendly staff. Only complaint was the thumping techno music which interspersed the jazz…the music didn’t fit the venue and was slightly interrupted the relaxed lunch and chat vibe…

Per Zufall, da neben unserem Hotel gelegen, bin ich morgens raus auf die Hartcourt Street und beim Tram Cafe Clonmel Street hängengeblieben. Freundlichste Bedienung, superschnell, Coffee 2 Go mitgenommen, der hat einfach nur genial geschmeckt. Der Kaffee hat Schuld daran, dass ich ewig lang auf den Treppen saß und mit diesem Genuß das morgendliche Treiben in der Hartcourt Street genossen habe, ein echtes Feel-Good-Erlebnis hatte und komplett die Zeit vergaß.

We had a great time, the setting is super beautiful. The drinks were good as was the carrot cake. Very nice waiter

Great cafe with amazing coffee in the heart of Dublin. Reasonably priced and very friendly staff . Highly recommend .
