Amazing experience place!! Arrived early and treated like royalty 😉. Brendon and Vincent at the front desk were amazing. The bar staff was awesome they got to know you quickly and serve you quickly ❤️

Didn't stay here but ate in restaurant bar. Linda who served us was very friendly and helpful. Great at her job. Would eat again.

This hotel is beautiful on the outside and even more in the inside ! The people there are great and we felt very welcomed. The room was spacious, clean and practical. The beds were comfortable and the toilets were clean. It's located close to the Trinity College and close to a lot of sights. The food at the restaurant was good but I recommend to go out for food. Definitely go to the bar for a nice drink because it's pretty. The breakfast buffet is great and full of choices.

Food could gave been hotter. Same menu daily. A tip if you want to order a poached egg, order it first when it arrives, then get your other sides ie bacon etc and it takes so long to come I had eaten all my fry up before egg arrived. 2nd day I waited and waited, asked waitress but no luck. We were the only people I the dining room and ordered my poached egg immediately. A few more tables were filling up fast and they got their egg, I'm still waiting. I eventually spoke to the Boss and she was mortified and said she would report it. Turns out waitress had no clue who to give the egg to so just went asking around tables who arrived well after me. I told them not to bring me one in the end. She told us to tell reception staff, no interest or apology or of a discount!!!

I stayed here for my hen party and I cannot understate how wonderful the staff made me feel, they helped with accommodating me early, with vouchers for drinks , we all had the most wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and comfortable, very clean and with many little touches.

Great location, a 5 minute walk and you are in the centre of Dublin.

The hotel's location is excellent. The staff was also great. The rooms were large and clean, but the bathrooms could use a little updating. The price-performance ratio wasn't great. Breakfast is not recommended: quite a long wait, no plates or glasses, and many items were empty.

Really nice hotel, service is good, room was well equipped, breakfast experience is not so easy, long queue, food not refurbished especially on patisserie For the price it is fair And also very well located, a lot of transport options and easy to access to city center from the hotel I recommend, just need to wake up early for breakfast
