The Trinity in Dublin

I stayed here for one night in late August. The quality and especially consistency was better than several 5-star hotels I've stayed at in Europe. My room was well-accommodated and perfectly clean. The AC (which I didn't particularly need that time of year) works very well. Bathtubs in every room is a huge plus, and is the main reason I chose this hotel. I decided to go for the breakfast buffet (17 pounds when booked the day before) and it was definitely worth it. (Typical hot breakfast items, cut fruits, yogurt, juices, pastries, and cappuccinos/any other hot beverage to-order.) The location is perfect for exploring Dublin, very centrally located (walking distance to Trinity College, St Stephen's Green, Little Museum of Dublin, Grafton St, etc.) and for anything further away, you can access public transit easily. Also, the airport express bus has stops close by. (But note that if you are two or more people, it is actually cheaper to get a taxi/rideshare, since the bus ticket is 15 pounds.) I managed to get a very good last-minute deal and the standard prices are a bit out of what I would normally go for, but I will very seriously consider staying here the next time I'm in Dublin because the stay was just that good! Btw, if you like sushi I highly recommend the counter service place Sushi & Go right around the corner. I have lived all over the US and it had some of the most creative and best quality sushi I've ever had. The one thing I'll note is that the hotel is next door to a homeless charity center, and there are queues of homeless people at mealtimes. However, they seemed friendly and orderly and I wasn't bothered (just surprised/confused at first.)

I checked out of this wonderful hotel today following a 5 night stay with my daughter.. i cannot fault our time here. The service we received from arrival to departure was exemplary and we felt very looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff are so lovely and helpful. The rooms are lovely, and fresh and cleaned daily The location is perfect for getting around. I would not hesitate to book again.

I really enjoyed staying here. They were very accommodating with holding bags before checkin. Rooms were nice and spacious - we got a triple and there was plenty of room for bags and beds. The restaurant was great - food delicious, lots of breakfast options. There's a mini gym there which was nice to do stretches in (i have lower back issues so this was a nice amenity). Location was perfect to walk around town and go our for the day. I enjoyed our stay there and would stay again as well as recommend to others.

Exceptional hotel. Lovely decor, busy. Checks all the boxes. However, no fridge in the room. Staff are super helpful they truly go the extra mile. Breakfast buffet is very good, order in advance for better price.

Great location, rooms are a good size especially for centre city. The staff are really friendly and helpful apart from a couple of guys on reception but beyond that everyone I spoke to was great. It also has a lovely bar, great for a couple of drinks even if you are not staying in the hotel.

Fantastic location for us to access Trinity College, walk to pubs, St Patrick's Cathedral, St Stephens Green..... front desk staff were SO helpful recommending places to eat and getting us a cab, their breakfast in the hotel is AMAZING, don't skip it!! Only very minor complaint, or more for awareness, the lighting in our room wasn't great....otherwise lovely room, bigger than we thought it would be!

I stayed two nights in Dublin, booking through Booking.com. Since I planned to rent a car, I inquired about parking beforehand, and the staff were very helpful and responsive, making my stay worry-free. As I arrived around 6 PM, the hotel's valet parking service had closed, so I parked my car at Q-Park near Temple Bar, as instructed. The next morning around 9 AM, I checked with the front desk about valet parking availability, and they confirmed it was available, allowing me to move my car from Q-Park to the hotel. This flexible arrangement was greatly appreciated. The location was excellent, very close to Trinity College. Being in the heart of Dublin, it was incredibly convenient for sightseeing, with restaurants, bars, and museums all within walking distance. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, leaving a very positive impression. My room was on the back side of the building, but because it wasn't facing the main street, it was very quiet, allowing me to rest well. Those prioritizing views might find it lacking, but it was perfectly adequate for us. As a little bonus, it was interesting to see the fire trucks from the neighboring fire station from my window. I checked out at 5 AM due to my return flight schedule, but they had my rental car ready at the front door, which was a great help. I was very satisfied with both the location and the service, and I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Ideal location for walking to most spots in Central Dublin. Adjacent to Trinity College, a few blocks from the River Lithey, O'Connell Street, the Temple Bar district, and some of the best restaurants in the city. Friendly staff. Great bar in hotel. Decent hotel restaurant. Will stay here again.
