A really nice place to immerse yourself in Irish culture. The music is great, although a bit loud for having a conversation while eating. The beef stew was very good, the burger was decent.

We just went there to enjoy a pint of Guinness but I regret not trying the dishes on their menu. Their food seemed so tasteful and delightful. I should have eaten there.

Dropped in for a pint, was enticed by the live Christmas carols to stay for a whiskey. Was able to grab a seat at the bar eventually and enjoy 🥃

22/01/2026: I was last here in January of 1999, and from the photos, it seems like it is exactly was it was then, and countless years before. A wonderful place to have a drink or a pint.
13/01/2026: The Guinness was absolutely brilliant – one of the nicest pints I’ve had in Dublin. The interior is gorgeous, with really high ceilings, dark wood everywhere, and that proper historic feeling you want from a city pub. It feels cosy without being cramped, and there’s a nice buzz without it being loud. I’d recommend it for a date night or a chill night with friends when you actually want to talk and enjoy a great pint. Friendly punters and staff. A real gem just off Grafton Street.

04/02/2026: Get the house special kebab everytime as it is my favourite kebab now. always fresh & delicious never had a bad word to say about it. Take away or collection only no dine in.
