It was a Saturday night when we visited. There was up beat live music playing and it was just good vibes. We had the guiness meat stew and it was absolutely delicious.

Pub with traditional live music. They also serve lunch/dinner, various options (vegetarian option). Our dinner was correct and good. Friendly and attentive service.

Honestly, this was such a surprise and great experience! The atmosphere of the bar was amazing, with live music even in the afternoon, the staff was friendly and polite too, and the food we got was delicious - the chicken burger was especially flawless.

Seasons on the Weir

30/03/2024: Amazing food in a nice decor with friendly staff. Visited on a Friday, place gets busy so better book. Will visit again !
12/03/2024: Had dinner on Saturday 10th March at the restaurant with 3 others. We had a selection of croquettes, prawns plus calamari for starters along with monkfish with prawns and chicken for the mains followed by different postres too. Overall , a very positive dining experience topped by really friendly staff / servers.

02/04/2024: Great, I was able to try traditional Irish gluten-free food in a super nice place
31/03/2024: Binn Eadair ancient origins but such a lively vibe of locals in this delightful Irish fishing harbour. So accessible by suburban rail. Always a lovely day out. The Abbey Tavern adds to the day out!!
