Top House in Dublin

Really nice local spot, friendly staff, well kept facilities, lovely food, nice screens to watch the game. Not too packed (of season when I visited). Friendly local vibe to it.

There were four of us for lunch. We ordered mussels and cottage pie as starters. Both dishes were excellent. We also ordered fish pie and two dishes of the fish of the day (that day it was salmon). The portions are very large and filling. For dessert, we shared an apple crumble and a brownie. The atmosphere is very cozy with a fireplace, and the waitresses were very attentive. If we return to Dublin, we will definitely go back.

Excellent in every way. Good food and a pleasant place with a fireplace, pool table, books to read, and authentic decor. Mussels, bread, fish pie, cottage pie, and the fish of the day (salmon) were all delicious.

Really nice, and the biscuit that comes with the tea is a Belgian speculoos from Brichard!

Had my 50th birthday party here. We took the back room comfortably fits between 30 to 60 people but doesn't look empty if only 30. The finger food was extremely generous portions and quality fantastic. Loads of great feedback. Service was great, the girls are so friendly and helpful and genuinely want you to have the best time. We used their house DJ and did some kareoke in between playing some tunes. Great fun, dj read the room very quickly and the dance floor was full for the night. All in all a magical night and loads of great feedback from our guests. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun, laid back night with great food and dancing.

Had a lovely time here during the Oyster festival. Despite the pub being busy there was room to sit and eat and listen to the music. I can't deal with overcrowded pubs so this is a huge upside for me. The food was outstanding 👌 Really nice atmosphere and lovely staff. 100% coming back.

Always a lovely night out, staff are fantastic and the food and drink are lovely. If you are in Howth I would highly recommend an evening here.

A cozy local institution where everyone can meet up for a pint and a really delicious meal. Family friendly, and dog friendly. They have weekday specials and very recently refreshed their menus! They do a lovely club sandwich and their Howth chowder is a classic. They are quite busy on weekends and sometimes run out of seating, but it's always a great meal.

Nice place, good food at fair prices

After a wonderful walk, we decided to go in for lunch, and I must say it was a fantastic choice. It's a great mix of traditional and international dishes, with generous portions and reasonable prices. The waitress was very friendly, so I wholeheartedly recommend this place.
