Inside Howth Market, Tram Chowder is a fried food stand perfect for a quick bite at reasonable prices. We tried the classic Brazilian coxinhas de frango and some potatoes with cheese, and both were quite delicious. The service was very fast and friendly. The market, which is quite bustling on weekends, has a small seating area where you can sit and eat. A highly recommended stop if you're in the area and want something quick.
