The place is really nice and the waitresses are very friendly. The service is great; the only downside is that there are hardly any vegan options, but they made a vegan meal for my friend and me.

Delicious hidden gem, the banana bread French toast was so lovely, staff were lovely, thanks for being dog friendly, we were so grateful to have somewhere as nice as this to get cover from the rain and have delightful food.

I'm amazed we haven't been in here before as we live so close. This place could do with some more advertising but saying that, I don't think it needs it, as it was very busy. We got some coffees and cake but the food looked really nice so we'll have to go back and have some.

Service is friendly and efficient. Food is fantastic, th place is wonderful and warm. Price is great for brunch!

Beautiful little cafe situated in a historical barracks with lovely food and lovely staff, interestingly enough the cafe is also attached to a printing museum which holds some very old and interesting printing equipment, old presses ect. And the staff here are equally amazing and incredibly knowledgeable in their field. All around a absolutely fabulous place to visit for a history or museum enthusiast, or somebody who just wants a coffee and a nice breakfast or lunch in a lovely historic setting. The only negative thing I can possibly think of is the parking seems to be very little to nearly none.

I love this place and have been coming here for many years as we live close go but last few times, one of the waitresses (brunette lady with bob haircut) has simply been horrible. She’s extremely unfriendly and smug for absolutely no reason. It’s a pity because it’s a nice place but they’ll def lose their repeat customers.

This is a real hidden gem! Absolutely delicious, home made food. Everything is so fresh and great gluten free options too. The banana bread is melt in your mouth! Very friendly staff too. I highly recommend.
