I arrived carrying the accumulated fatigue of airports, rental cars, golf courses, and the sort of travel schedule that leaves you unsure what country you’re waking up in. My brain had become little more than a suitcase full of receipts and weather forecasts. What it needed wasn’t innovation. It needed comfort. Then I spotted the Farmhouse Burger. Now we’re talking. No unnecessary acrobatics. No edible skyscraper threatening to collapse under its own ego. Just an honest burger built by people who clearly understand that restraint is often the highest form of confidence. The first bite answered every question before I had the chance to ask it. A beautifully seasoned beef patty, juicy without becoming messy, carrying that unmistakable flavor that only comes from quality meat cooked by someone who actually gives a damn. The toppings weren’t competing for attention. They were playing in harmony, each ingredient understanding its assignment without trying to become the lead singer. The bun deserves its own standing ovation. Soft enough to absorb the juices, sturdy enough not to surrender halfway through the meal. That’s a surprisingly rare achievement in today’s burger economy, where buns frequently disintegrate like cardboard in a rainstorm. Then came an old friend. A glass bottle of Coke. Served properly with a cold glass packed with ice. There are moments in life when simplicity feels almost luxurious. The hiss of the bottle cap. The sound of Coke cascading over ice. That first impossibly cold sip after a long day wandering Dublin. Forget molecular gastronomy. Forget liquid nitrogen. Give me a glass bottle of Coke and enough ice to make the glass sweat, and I’m already halfway to happiness. The room itself carries an easy confidence. No one seems interested in impressing anyone. The staff move with purpose but never rush you. They understand that hospitality isn’t measured by how often someone asks if everything is okay. It’s measured by making sure you never have to ask for anything in the first place. Everything simply…works. Your drink stays full. Your food arrives hot. The atmosphere hums with conversation instead of chaos. It feels less like eating at a restaurant and more like stumbling into the dining room of a friend who just happens to be an outstanding cook. That’s the magic. Tribeca doesn’t scream for your attention. It earns it. Some restaurants leave you remembering the decor. Others leave you remembering the bill. Tribeca leaves you remembering how damn satisfying a perfectly executed burger can be. In a world obsessed with doing more, this place quietly reminds us that doing the basics exceptionally well is still the hardest trick in the business. Sometimes that’s all you need. And sometimes, that’s everything.

Good dinner deal - any burger or pasta mains, ribs or wings starter and affogato or brownie dessert for €35. Decent wine list, good service and lively atmosphere. Really good burgers.

Had the best bottomless brunch here, the service from all of the staff was amazing, particular shout out to Ronan and Sophie! Thanks for bearing with a group of 19, all class acts! The food was all fab and the drinks were great!

Went here for an early dinner midweek and couldn’t fault it, wings and pesto pasta were a favourite food is great quality and very fresh staff very attentive will definitely return!

Not good but not bad quiet average food for the price. The vibe is okay . Bit dark and depressing. One time go place.
