Uno in Dublin

Just the most delicious Diavola pizza. I asked for buffalo mozzarella, extra €2.50, and extra garlic and fresh chillies. The very friendly server told me they use a mix of Caputo Red and Blue flour, and the glass of house Red went perfectly. As good as New York, Naples, London etc (not been to Sydney), but a brilliant little local pizzeria. I had dinner at 5pm and the delivery orders were coming in thick and fast. If you want great pizza in South Dublin at a reasonable price (for Dublin) then come here!

Gluten free options!! My order was a bit salty I ordered siliciana but I am very happy with it regardless of that because gluten free base was soft and thin and slightly sweet like a wheat based one used to be like. I have ordered gluten free pizza from other places before but the base was always hard and very dry and heavy and dense.. I will definitely always buy from here ! :)

Saw UNO Pizza was voted as one of the Top 50 pizzerias in Europe, certainly lived up to it! 10/10 service and amazing pizza! Will definitely be back.

The shop has Italian finesse. The tables could have been spaced out more. There are several choices of pizzas as well as some appetizers and desserts. The pizzas are large with thin crust. They could have been crispier because in some places I couldn't lift the thin part of the piece (it was falling apart). Nice vibe with relaxed music. Fast, polite and cheerful staff. Prices commensurate with quality and quantity.

We happened upon it by chance, and ate a real Italian pizza! Excellent!

The pizza was absolutely delicious and that's the only reason why I'm giving 5 stars, as unfortunately the waitresses were borderline rude. We've asked why margherita pizza was not marked as vegetarian, and the waitress replied that she doesn't know, but then we've asked again if that's because of the parmigiano, and she said "I don't know, it's just cheese", which was a very arogant thing to say. I can understand being tired, overloaded, but if I visit a restaurant, I'd like to understand if I can eat something or not, I wouldn't consider it a crazy request. Anyway, pizza is totally delicious!

Pizzas here are amazing, lots of choice and all cooked to order. Only complaint about the food is that the focaccia starter doesn’t seemed to actually be starter, just a pizza dough with cheese. Service was lovely but it was very cold in the restaurant!

The service was so good, thanks to the Italian girl “Camilla” was so friendly and she recommended us the best options
