Great restaurant, they do chef's choice menu and the food is top class. Lovely atmosphere and what really made it for me were the staff. They were wonderful, 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

--- As a 1 start Michelin - - I'd give it 4/5 - very good food and service, bold flavours. Different vibe to the normal fine dining experience you would normally get at this level of establishments which works really well. In my opinion, a comfortable one star, very enjoyable experience, but definitely not pushing towards a 2 star quality at this stage.
Very generous amount of food and drink with the pairing which is always nicer than the alternative!
I would definitely recommend a visit if you haven't been or if you are looking for a different top quality food experience.
If the fine dining experience is putting you off from trying Michelin starred restaurants, this is definitely one to try.

Variety Jones never disappoints.
So happy to have the two signature dish - pasta and liver parfait with waffle again.
Cherry brings up sourness and all the nice taste to it. Ah just amazing. It was better than last time which was 2-3 years ago.
We loved all the dish but wasn’t sure about dandelion leaf in the main dish with lamb.
Otherwise, good to be back in the new spot and some familiar faces.
Wine pairing was really good as well so highly recommend.

Top to bottom amazing experience and meal. Kicked off our time in Ireland here and it did not disappoint. Come hungry and curious - you will be glad you did…thank you for a wonderful time!

Great venue. Great service and most importantly great food. I would also say good value for a Michelin starred restaurant. Service was friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Ambience was perfect. All in, a super night out.

Pretty average food for a one star restaurant. You should also take into account that some foods are spicy, which is also not typical and not mentioned anywhere. On the positive note The restaurant’s atmosphere and playlist were great.

We had a very nice meal, however I feel like there is a lot to improve. The place was way too crowded and loud. They have two services and if you arrive even 5 minutes before your booking you are made to just stand outside. We were all basically in a cue to enter a Michelin star restaurant which I thought was a bit ridiculous. Since we all went in at the same time the service was extremely slow between courses. Food was very good. The Alfredo with sourdough was definitely the highlight. However, we were a bit annoyed about how the chef’s choice menu involved randomly allocating the two main course options. We would have preferred the other option had they asked us…

Fantástica comida y vino, servicio amable y excelente, atento pero no intrusivo. Primera vez comiendo en el restaurante aunque tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una comida "box" durante el covid. La comida de caja tan impresionante que ha estado en la lista de deseos para una visita desde entonces. El sabor de todo lo de anoche fue TAN bueno, que algunas grandes influencias asiáticas le dieron rizo a cada bocado. Fue una comida emocionante y los maridajes de vinos funcionaron muy bien. Esperamos demasiado tiempo para llegar al restaurante, no vamos a retrasar la próxima visita. Muy recomendable.

Fui a sentarme temprano. La comida era deliciosa, vino absolutamente perfecto. Personal amable. Creo que es un poco exagerado, ya que esperaba que fuera más una experiencia. Las sillas son incĂłmodas. La mĂşsica no era genial. tipo de más ambiente de cafeterĂa que restaurante de alta cocina, ya que todo se sentĂa un poco apresurado (para la prĂłxima sesiĂłn). TenĂa verduras en la reserva, pero la mayor parte de la comida no era adecuado para los vegetarianos, asĂ que si eres estrictamente vegetariano entonces llama por adelantado / ir a otro lugar.
