Variety Jones in Dublin

This is a beautiful, intimate restaurant. The food is absolutely stunning. At €95 per person, this is an amazing opportunity to taste Michelin Star quality food at a reasonable price point. The service was excellent, including an introduction to the meal by the chef. Magnificent!

STUNNING experience from start to finish! We absolutely loved everything about our time at Variety Jones. Elegant but approachable, elevated but familiar in a way that leaves your heart (and stomach) full! I would recommend time and time again! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Variety Jones perfectly balances high end food with a cosy atmosphere. The courses were all delicious and really creative. The staff were a stand out, especially Charlie. She was super friendly and genuine which was fresh for a restaurant of its price range. All the staff were brilliant! 10/10

We really enjoyed our meal at Variety Jones. The food was outstanding, really tremendous, and the ambience was fabulous, very welcoming and friendly. The service was also tremendous, with all the staff very friendly and professional, and keeping a close eye to make sure everything was going well without ever being in any way obtrusive. We could not recommend Variety Jones highly enough and hope to be back soon.

Las grandes experiencias gastronómicas comienzan con grandes personas. ¡El equipo de Variety Jones es espectacular! Charlie y Valeria eran nuestros guías. Cálido y apasionado por su profesión. Los platos eran espectaculares pero homie. Inventivo y todavía entregó una comida casera caliente. Maravillosa energía en la habitación. No hay nada que cambiaría. Realmente memorable.

Un gran grupo de nosotros estábamos celebrando una ocasión familiar. Tuvimos una noche maravillosa con seis platos diferentes y deliciosos maridajes de vinos. Probamos una variada gama de alimentos, entre ellos, ostras, rosti de patata, parfait de hígado de pato, pasta, fideos, lubina y tarta de manzana tatin. Fue emocionante sentarse y ver qué delicia llegaría a la mesa. Cada curso fue una deliciosa obra de arte. Nos dieron una descripción concisa de cada plato y Kathleen nos guió a través de los diversos maridajes de vinos. ¡Fue una verdadera aventura! Los jugos no alcohólicos son tan sabrosos también. La comida y el servicio de todo el equipo fue excelente. Es un restaurante cálido y amable y el equipo hábil claramente se enorgullece mucho de su trabajo.
