there is a big difference between the takeaway and dine-in, even for same dishes. dine in quality is decent, while take away is average, similar to every other Asian/Malaysian place. Service is quite good, even if sometimes a single person will be attending the restaurant. Atmosphere is quite outdated, but at least it's quite because often enough the dine-in area is empty.

20/08/2024: they sell a spice bag for 4.50 and when I first got one from there I wasn’t expecting it to be nice for the price but I was absolutely dumbfounded when it was one of the best spicebags I have ever eaten also when I ordered it I stepped outside looked at my phone and I didn’t even finish the first video on my tik tok page and the food was ready and it’s in such a good spot too if you want to eat it with a nice view you can go to the sundrive park right next to it. Bia inn is the greatest Chinese I have ever been to instant 5 stars from me. If the fella at the desk asked me to go to war to defend bia inn I would happily die for it. I need bia in more than a fish needs water I’m more excited to go to bia inn then my mam is to go to Penneys Bia inn is the acorns and I am the squirrel Bia inn is the light and I am the moth
