Great staff, service... food AMAZING 🤩 GRADE FROM 1-10 is 20!!!!! Warmly recommended!!!

Staff really friendly and helpful. The room was cozy. Wasn’t too happy about parking. Parking is €20 overnight. But in central Dublin that’s not a bad price. The Bar & Restaurant were incredible. And only a 10 minute walk to Temple Bar.

If you come to Dublin, stay here. It's the best. It is quiet and the facilities in the room are modern and comfortable.

We stayed at the end of September 2024. Upon departure we realized that we had forgotten a clutch bag that contained expensive items. We immediately contacted the hotel to ask if they had found it. We left our email and mobile number but no one called. After a week we called back and they said they had found it. They asked us for shipping costs which we rightly paid. After several phone calls, they assured us that they had sent it. It's March 2024 and the clutch hasn't arrived yet. Terrible reception service. Don't go there!

Great location, decent rooms and clean. Have to pay extra for the sauna! Efficient check in and check out. Would recommend.

Wonderful hotel, great staff. Always try to stay here for my Dublin business trips. I've stayed maybe 10 times and always very good. Reception staff are lovely and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and food is also good

I love this Hotel. It was my third time to stay. I was disappointed on this occasion because the Room I had wasn’t as nice as on my other visits. It was dark and the excellent view from my window wasn’t as good as before. As a Solo Guest it makes a difference.

Very nice hotel in a super central location. Nice clean rooms with everything you need. The service is great and all the employees are always friendly. Breakfast great...rich & fresh. We would love to come back.
