V'n V Restaurant in Dublin

Perfectly located in the city center of Dublin with most things within walking distance. St Stephen’s green is about 10 mins walk. The rooms look great (still relatively new or renovated or maybe just well maintained, don’t know). The beds are very comfy too. Breakfast is good with a wide variety. We also tried the hotel bar/restaurant for food one night and this was very nice as well. There are plenty of restaurants within 5-10 mins walk too. I will definitely come back to this hotel after trying a few (more and less expensive) options in the city center of Dublin.

Very nice hotel! Location is perfect, you can potter to and from the temple bar area. Rooms all felt very clean, new and recently refurbished. The bar area was again feeling new and chilled. Upon checking we got a single bed rather than 2 queens which we had booked, but staff soon sorted that out. Breakfast was really nice too! Very much felt like a top end buffet breakfast! Overall I would recommend here both for location and quality.

Great location, helpful staff, and large updated rooms

Great Hotel near the center of Dublin. What we liked: Great clean rooms, nice shower with good pressure, good wifi, awesome breakfast, friendly staff, very quiet. Bed was very good and also the pillows perfect. The breakfast is impressive, lots of delicious options. What I personally did not like was the blanket on the bed. Was it for polar/arctic nights? It was heavy and kept you impressivly hot. Even with air con at the lowest (!!!) temperature I felt hot under the blanket. No substitution was in the room and I did not ask at the reception. My fault...

Nice hotel in Golden Lane in Dublin. I have stayed here for business a few times and it's perfect for me. Rooms are generous and clean. Breakfast is fine and service is good. Nice central location

Breathtaking. One of the few places we stayed at that had easy to use AC. Short walking distance to most attraction in Dublin such as the Marsh library and St Patrick’s Cathedral

Accent Service. Staff friendly and the essence of the Chefs food was delicious

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Other reviews here say how nice and clean the rooms were but that wasn’t our experience. Room seemed outdated and was clearly well used, wine stains on the carpet, 70s vibe and not in a good way. Flooring in the hall literally came up and it wasn’t cleaned well. Our room which was supposed to be a suite also seemed like a mash up of different rooms poorly put together in a renovation. There were two main doors to it, one to the main hallway and another to a different lift so it didn’t feel secure or private. Then an entrance to the dining/living area, a separate entry to the bedroom and a hallway with a bathroom. It wasn’t fluid at all either, very broken up and didn’t feel comfortable. We paid a decent amount for 3 nights and I expected much better. Outside of the room the main lobby and restaurant were nice and updated. And the staff were very friendly, especially the bartender. But the room service was extremely slow. The location was great though. Quiet enough during the night to keep the windows open but within walking distance to key sights and temple bar. Instructions on where parking was located was poor and we had to figure some other things out on our own. The gym also had some machines that didn’t work and the elliptical wasn’t plugged in, nor could it reach the plug. We weren’t in our room much aside from getting ready and sleeping so it was fine, but I was pretty disappointed given the rave reviews we’ve seen. Keep looking if you want a true 4 star hotel.

Beautiful and well-appointed rooms. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Ireland and Scotland! David from the lobby was hands down the best hotel staff of our trip!!

Extremely nice hotel, lovely rooms, very comfy beds, food and drink expensive however good quality, good location, would 100% be back.
