Excellent hotel in a great central Dublin location. Good buffet breakfast. Well-equipped gym.

I spent a fantastic few days in Prague at the Raddison Blu, so I wanted to experience that in Dublin and I had high expectations. In Dublin it was a bit less, for example a sweater was left in the room from the previous guest so I did not have the idea that the room had been cleaned properly. Now it is true that we were too early and were able to get into the room earlier free of charge, so that may have been why. What particularly bothered me was that the housekeeping started working around 7:30 in the morning and this was accompanied by loud chatter and laughter among themselves. They also threw the room doors which woke you up. I did not indicate this further, but it is a point of attention, because I slept with earplugs and it still woke me up. Furthermore, I did not find the hallways very clean. Nevertheless, a top location and friendly staff.

If you come to Dublin, stay here. It's the best. It is quiet and the facilities in the room are modern and comfortable.

Staff really friendly and helpful. The room was cozy. Wasn’t too happy about parking. Parking is €20 overnight. But in central Dublin that’s not a bad price. The Bar & Restaurant were incredible. And only a 10 minute walk to Temple Bar.

Great location, decent rooms and clean. Have to pay extra for the sauna! Efficient check in and check out. Would recommend.

We stayed at the end of September 2024. Upon departure we realized that we had forgotten a clutch bag that contained expensive items. We immediately contacted the hotel to ask if they had found it. We left our email and mobile number but no one called. After a week we called back and they said they had found it. They asked us for shipping costs which we rightly paid. After several phone calls, they assured us that they had sent it. It's March 2024 and the clutch hasn't arrived yet. Terrible reception service. Don't go there!

Wonderful hotel, great staff. Always try to stay here for my Dublin business trips. I've stayed maybe 10 times and always very good. Reception staff are lovely and helpful.
