V'n V Restaurant in Dublin

Dear Radisson team, a short review of what has been a very, very pleasant stay! To start off with is their staff, amazing, all of them. It starts with checking in, they are ever so nice, and this goes on to the people at the breakfast as well as the people standing next to the entrance to give you tips on where to go what to see in Dublin. Great! Their breakfast is delicious, wide variety of choices and really one of the best I have had (I travel a lot though europe for work and hotels like these are rare!). If something is not right or you need something else at breakfast, you just have to ask them and they’ll get it for you. Then we had a rough last night due to other people which were in the hotel and were loud..(unfortunate but no one can prevent this!). After discussing this with the manager(s) I can say they have handled the situation professional, quickly and ever so smoothly. Thanks again & anyone reading this.. This is your place to stay, the hotel tops out for everything, rooms are nice, breakfast is the bomb and personnel are really good too, we will be back at some stage for sure! Happy 2025, Benjamin

We are currently finishing up a 10 night stay here. Overall we have been pleased with our stay. The staff has been super friendly and I especially want to point out Kristina at the breakfast and Mr David who I believe works the bell hop desk. These 2 went above and beyond what we would expect in terms of your normal hospitality. They both really made our 4 year old enjoy our stay even more. Each morning Kristina would greet our son and hug him. Usually in the afternoons we would see Mr David and our son loved the attention he gave him and the biscuits. The only areas of our stay we were disappointed was the original room we got didn’t have hot water or heat for the room. I will admit the staff worked to get us a new room as fast as we could so we appreciate that. On our second to last night we experienced a lot of noise. The people above were walking with what sounded like heels on all night and the rooms have wood floors. Apparently they didn’t sleep because it was the entire night into the next morning. The last thing I will mention is I think the smoking area in front of the hotel on either side of the door should be moved. Number 1 we had to wheel our child in his buggy through several people smoking to use the disability access ramp. Many times the ramp is blocked by people smoking who don’t move out of the way. We even had one young guy and his girlfriend who were right near the doorway smoking harass us as I waited for my wife pushing my son in his buggy up the ramp. This was New Years Eve. I am not even 100% sure he was a guest of the hotel, he was coming from the restaurant. But we spent several thousand euros to stay for 10 nights and didn’t expect to be harassed at the doorway by young kids smoking. There’s no reason to have the smoking areas by the front door when employees do it on the side of the building or there is a courtyard. But again, overall the hospitality of all staff was very friendly and welcoming and the room was nice. We would be back but hopeful for a few changes. Thank you especially to Kristina and Mr David!

Delicious food, great service from staff, very comfortable room, great space for events, such helpful staff too.

Very nice staff, clean a quiet room, the best shower ever, and a delicious breakfast.

Had a lovely day and night staying in the Radisson Golden Lane. Went myself and two daughters. Location is ideal for Grafton Street shopping and up to Henry Street. We had a bar snack in restaurant. Menu is very good, kids menu has good variety. Breakfast again had a great variety with alot of fruit or hot buffet. Our room was modern, clean and big we had a premier room. Kids were very impressed with bathrobes. All staff we met were very friendly & helpful. Dave was especially kind to my daughters, gave up a bit of time to take a picture, have a chat with my kids. Didn't get a chance to try the spa. Will do that next time Would highly recommend Radisson Golden Lane. Rebecca

Nice place, variety to eat and drink in the neighborhood

Brilliant location. Right in the centre of the city. Had a meeting at the 7th floor. Good service with free WiFi, polite and very helpful staff thanks to Mel for outstanding customer service. The light refreshments was great and the reception was helpful.

Very nice staff and efficient in their duties. Very clean and comfy surroundings.

Very well appointed hotel with lovely quiet rooms and a great buffet breakfast, just five minutes walk from Dublin Castle.

The staff are amazing, they went above an beyond for us, sons birthday was the day we checked in, an they had a teddy bear and a plate of deserts waiting for him in the room, Food was absolutely beautiful.
