Wagamama in Dublin

Had a fantastic dining experience at Wagamama Dundrum! The food was wonderful, but what stood out most was the incredible service from Priyanka and Sravanthi . They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, showing genuine kindness and exceptional attention to detail from start to finish. Customer service like theirs makes all the difference—highly recommended!

Wagamama Dundrum was fantastic. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. The food was amazing, and there was no waiting around at all, which was great. I even asked if I could buy the beer glass because I liked it so much, and they gave it to me for free, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a brilliant experience and I’d definitely go back.

I came in for lunch with a friend last week and Evan was super helpful and had a great knowledge of the menu. He kept checking up on us and made sure we had a good experience. Will definitely be back

I wanted to recognise Eva at Wagamama Dundrum for the outstanding service she provided during our visit today. There was a particularly difficult couple sitting behind us who were extremely rude to her throughout their meal. Despite this, Eva remained calm, patient, professional and genuinely kind the entire time. She handled the situation with incredible composure and never let it affect the service she gave to anyone else. Our own experience was excellent, and we felt she deserved to be recognised for how well she dealt with such challenging customers. Staff like Eva are a real credit to your team, and we hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

If you haven't tried Wagamama you should. I have a pickey eater in my house and they cleared their plate.
