Great coffee and food was tasty but prices do let it down. Got avocado and eggs on toast, it did taste nice but eggs were slightly overdone. For €14.50 I thought the feta would at least be whipped into the guacamole rather than sprinkled in large chunks around the edge, and/or I would get more than one thin slice of bread. Flavour wasn’t an issue but the portion is a bit sad looking and food was very basic for the price.
Somehow for two mains, two coffees and one slice of cake the bill came to over €43. Everything tasted good but value for money unfortunately not there.

Went here for dinner last night. Food was fabulous.... really good cooking. Pastry chef really knows his stuff. Chicken, leek and tarragon pie was to die for! Sides were amazing. Dessert was a real treat. Service was very friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. What a gem in Harold's Cross!
Great place for unconventional breakfast experience in a warehouse setting (not too dissimilar to 2/50 Rathmines). However, the immediate surrounds are a hostile environment for pedestrians & cyclist with an intimidating road & car parking appeal. No bicycle parking and a hostile gym management across the street who become aggressive when bicycles are parked in their entrance area! Don’t cycle there and avail of alternative cafés (plenty of choice in the hood)…

First visit as I was close by and wanted to check it out. Very relaxed, bright space. Long commune tables for everyone to be together which is good. But you can still do your own thing. I had simple eggs, fried on sourdough and a side of bacon, followed by the filter coffee of the week and the best find: pastel de nata!! and the carrot cake was great too! I think the relaxed vibe means tables aren’t cleared until you’ve vacated, but I’m not above taking my own plate back, no notions here!! And I’ve only mentioned the cafe. There’s also a market of selected items for the store cupboard. Definitely worth a visit for yourself and not listen only to the nay-sayers. I’ll be coming back! And I can bring my dog too 😎🐶

Dropped in to this cafe for breakfast and was mot disappointed. Lovely coffee, generous portions. I has the scrambled egg with bacon on sourdough. The bread was fries. What a treat! Very much an industrial feel. Dog friendly. They have a small food market too. Staff very friendly. Happy to recommend. Didn't get 5 stars coz I had to keep my jacket on as it was cold.
