Westland Cafe in Dublin

It’s not the kind of café you’d usually stay in for long, but I always hang around a bit when I’ve got my flat white and toasted sandwich. The morning buns are amazing and definitely worth coming back for.

Good atmosphere, good coffee, straight forward good.

I utilise Bear Markets whole beans for home use. I find they are appropriately priced and consistently good. Staff are always friendly. The space here isn't exactly comfortable or relaxing to sit for a coffee. What really brings down the score for me however, is the lack of glass/ceramic cups for sit in customers. I understand the need for take away cups for those without some form of reusable cup, but there should remain an option to have coffee in a glass/ceramic vessel for sit-in customers.

I thought there was no good coffee in Ireland, but here I would put 8 out of 10, it's delicious. I'll add two points if I come back in a year and it will be just as delicious here as it is now. 10-star service, the barista saw that I was from Ukraine and showed that he also loves Ukraine and recently posted a post about Ukraine. The atmosphere is unusually warm because after 5 minutes I felt that they were waiting for me here and that I was a VIP guest. Thank you 🙏
