Nice place with very polite security

Great location for a gig or two/three :-) We were in a small room which was lovely for an intimate gig for lesser known (but not less good!!) artists. Drink prices quite high but I guess its understandable. Would definitely go back.

Good pints of Guinness. We arrived here late at night as there was nowhere suitable open at that time. I wish we had've arrived earlier. Nice bar, plenty of music history and ended with the fun of a silent disco.

It's too small for going to see music groups.

This place was a complete discovery because I stumbled upon it by accident. At one point, we were told the bar was closing and that if we wanted to stay, we'd have to go upstairs. Well, what awaited me above was precisely the disco with headphones, an experience I had never had before and which is truly wonderful, I recommend it to everyone! Of course, the Guinness is always excellent.

A great Irish pub with a wonderful atmosphere, setting, and a knowledgeable staff. During the week, it's the ideal spot to grab a beer and experience a truly authentic Irish vibe. Excellent door staff. It also features a covered indoor smoking area on the first floor. There are both table seating and bar seating available. During the week, it's never too crowded, except on special occasions. I always recommend it, even on Sundays. From Monday to Thursday, if you want a calm, relaxed place to chat with friends over a beer, this is the spot.

Still one of the best live music venues I visit in Dublin every time I’m up. The atmosphere is always great, and even when there’s a gig or event on, the place never feels too cramped unlike some other venues I’ve been to. Even if you’re not there for the music, it’s still a place you’ll enjoy. Highly recommended 👍
