Whitehall Terrace in Dublin

05/04/2024: Great coaches, great atmosphere, great range of classes. Been going to work on my hip mobility and have seen a massive improvement in knee and back pain that plagued me for a long time. The coaches are very knowledgeable and were able to help me concentrate on movements and exercises that targeted my specific weaknesses.

28/03/2024: The movement studio is so special to me .It is a place where my confidence has grown my fitness has increased and where friendships have flourished. It's unlike any other gym I have ever attended. It's a community where all are welcome and you are encouraged to go at your pace. I have done things that I never thought possible for me and I aim to continue exploring what else my body can do with the expert trainers. Thank you for creating this amazing space for all bodies.
