5 Stars – Unexpected Gem Inside the Hotel We walked into Wilde Restaurant, located inside the hotel, without a reservation and not expecting much—but we were blown away. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was outstanding, and the service was exceptional. Isabella, our server, was warm, attentive, and made great recommendations. Despite being casually dressed, we were treated with such care. We loved it so much, we came back the next day. A true hidden gem!

Outstanding from beginning to end. There is not one single thing I could fault. The staff are so attentive, so helpful; flawless. The decor and atmosphere are so beautiful. The food is out of this world. I am truly blown away. Wow.

We booked this for a Sunday lunch on our trip to Dublin. It is one of the nicest restaurants we have ever been to. They serve the beef table side which is so tender and the perfect pinkness. The staff were so attentive and friendly.

Can’t recommend this place enough for a nice date night. All the food and drinks are fantastic, and they really bring the heightened service and attention to detail that you expect from a nice restaurant like this. I would be delighted to go back.

31/01/2025: We were welcomed by a wide selection of drinks and extremely friendly company. This is where we go in the evenings while we are in Dublin. Guinness on tap and Orchard Thieves rounded off our day.

25/03/2025: The experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The starters were nice, our pizzas were soggy, and waiters picked up drinks before they were finished, often touching the glass improperly. Half the group had their drinks handled by strangers' fingers, which was unpleasant. Despite ordering more drinks, the group was then told there was only five minutes left at the table. Overall, most of the group (7 out of 10) didn’t enjoy their meals, and the visit confirmed that the place wasn't great.
