Xian Street Food in Dublin

the food was mid, lack of flavor. staff was super rude, they took all of the sauces away when we started eating. wouldn’t come back unfortunately.

Came here for dinner on Valentine's Day. There was a queue for both takeaway and eat in but moved pretty quickly. The inside is quite cramped, especially with the benches and stools but I absolutely loved the spice bag. Made the mistake of ordering noodles and spring rolls on top which was just way too much food which we didn't even touch.

I have been ordering (through Deliveroo) quite regularly and must say the quality has been consistent over the years. Very few restaurants can beat their portion size. Like the Spicy Bag, Amber Chicken, Mala Chicken and the Thai curries. Can recommend without a doubt.

One of my favorite spice bags in the city with actual spice. As others have said it's tight quarters inside but absolutely worth it.

Came here after the st Patrick’s day parade and for the madness that was going on here, the staff was SO kind and the food was DELICIOUS - wish I could go back on a slower day but for now I’ll be dreaming about my Phad Thai!!!

First thing I ate in Dublin because it's all the rage. Portion is very good and tastes awesome. I did get a bit boring after a while though because it lacks a varied flavour profile and dry. Would recommend sharing and getting a sauce or gravy to go with it. The restaurant did seem to have a ton of other options which all seemed very appetising.

Good place for a quick bite. 4 in 1 is a great deal if you are in hurry and hungry. Saute sauce is recommended for fries. Pad thai was a bit disappointing but the other foods look great.

Let's start with atmosphere - Very tight quarters, not many seats, and let's be honest, Chinese food is best hot and the cold windy weather is not conducive for take aways. And of course I didn't get a seat so had to take away. Next, service - Service at counter is pretty quick greeted by a lady. I asked if the food is HALAL and she said everything is HALAL which is ironic since they serve pork there. Anyway ordered the spicy bag, and also the dumplings, she came back with, "do you want beef, chicken, pork or duck?" Again, strange since by now she should already know I only eat HALAL. She might be working on autopilot so closing one eye on the question and the restaurant was really busy during lunch time. After ordering had to wait outside due to the space constraint. Lots of delivery riders waiting and take away orders seem to be grouped together with them, we had to wait outside and they will deliver the bags when ready. I ordered around 12.15pm and only got my bag of food around 1pm. Lastly, quality of the food - I would say so so, not the best I've tasted. Spicy bag by the time I ate it was cold bag of fries and chicken was hard as rock. Beef dumplings were okay, not the best that I've tasted but the chilli oil was very flavorful. Would I try again? Probably but this time it has to be dining in, hopefully that would improve the quality of the food. One tip, hire Muslim employees, so there is no confusion on HALAL.
