Yamamori in Dublin

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the service. The waitress was quite rude and rushed us, and she also complained about us not being happy paying the service charge. This is not Japanese-style hospitality at all. The food was alright, the prices were reasonable, and the environment was okay. I wouldn’t return. 😕

The place is very pricey and the website is misleading. Just before the visit I checked the prices on website. The ramen was 18.25, when we were ordering the price was easy higher around 25. It's fine for me to pay such price if the food is tasty and I get a good service, but our experience was very different from it. We waited quite a long time to just get the tap water and asked for it 3 times. The ramen itself was average.

Great food! I forgot to take photos We had the pork gyoza, salmon and avocado Norimaki which was delish! It was our fave dish. We also tried the pork belly and the yaki soba noodles. Yum yum Looking forward to coming back again

Food is tasty. Ramen was good with the egg cooked perfectly. Pity they add an automatic service charge for families of 3 especially when children are small. Need to remove this automatic addition and allow people to tip if they desire. Would hate for ireland to follow US tipping culture!

Highly recommend and the staff are all so helpful with the menu if you’re not sure what to order. Being able to see you food being cooked is a bonus for me, kitchen is situated in the middle of the restaurant. Food was delicious and I’ll definitely be back with friends. Aidan D

Kayoku has assisted us with our dining experience in Yamamori North City. She’s all ears, happy to entertain our questions about their menu, and served our food with her lovely smile. She definitely went above and beyond their usually routine in waiting tables. Desserts are lovely too!

I usually come to Yamamori for a quick lunch and order a bento box. I wanted to invite my friends this time and decided to book the dinner for the first time. we ordered sushi nigiri, gyoza, Yakitori and Tatsuta age for sharing between 4 people. It was the first time to order Tatuta age and it was surprisingly good. I will definitely order Tatsuta age next time.
