Yamamori is great. Perfect amount of options on the menu. Food is delicious and yes it is more pricey than other spots but it is worth is for the intimate atmosphere. The dim lighting makes you feel like it is just you and your dinner guests. If looking for an upmarket spot for dinner would highly recommend. Staff are also great!

The service was friendly even if we ended up having to wait a little longer until we could request the bill. The food was impeccable and really recommended. The atmosphere is authentic and pleasant.

There's a few of these restaurants in Dublin. The one we went to was near Temple. We visited on a Thursday around 7pm and it was quite quiet not much of an atmosphere. Our server was lovely and gave us information about different dishes on the menu. Drinks were nice and was all reasonably priced

15/03/2024: Went there after arriving to Dublin late in the evening. Even though we got there right before closing, they made us a nice dinner. I had ramen, which really is a 3/5 experience. My partner had Japanese curry and the fried chicken was super yummy.

30/03/2024: Yamamori Izakaya was our favorite place when visiting Dublin. The atmosphere was high energy and fun without being overbearing. Our server, Isolde, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu; every recommendation she gave was amazing. The Stuffed Padron Peppers were to die for.
29/03/2024: I came here with a group of friends, and we had a pretty good time here! The vibe here was very nice, and the food was also very nice. Some stuff was a bit over salty, such as some of the rolls and the wagyu burger, but overall OK. The drinks were also very nice. But I thought the place was a bit too expensive, for the quality of food. Also, half of our group had some type of stomachache or troubles when going to the bathroom, which was probably not a coincidence. So I am a bit hesitant to give this place a higher rating than what I gave it.
