Yamamori is a restaurant I have fond memories of from about 30 years ago. This particular location is a newly opened branch that didn't exist back then, so this was my first visit, but the food was delicious!

I had the best miso soup ever here. And the Karubi Beef is gorgeous with grains that stick to the sizzling bowl and get so crunchy and sticky! The waitress recommended me a cocktail (Hana Breeze) for the sunny day and it was the perfect pairing

We are 1 adult, two kids (30, 10 and 6) and the kids first time trying sushi. Excellent quality, service and atmosphere throughout. The 10 years old loved the (real crab) California roll and enjoyed qyoza (as did I - 30). The 6 year old isn’t that adventurous and our wonderful server Rose suggested a curry and rice dish for the wee one. The girls both said the curry was the nicest they’ve ever tasted - and curry is a very common dish in our house. I also had the teriyaki chicken which was simply divine - please order it as a side just to experience how fresh , sweet and tasty the teriyaki chicken on a skewer was!! Dreamy! We also had a normal lemonade, mango lemonade and peach lemonade 10/10 all round for taste, quality, and refreshness! Thank you Rose was a wonderful experience, we felt so welcome and you really acknowledged that we were a table of amateur sushi diners. Much appreciated and we can’t wait to pop in next time we’re up in Dublin! (Thanks to all the other staff too)

Musashi

28/07/2026: Great place! The food is sooooo delicious and the staff is really friendly and polite. We even arrived 30 min before they even opened and they still served us. Very great!
28/07/2026: Musashi Noodle Bar & Sushi was a great planned meal for us in Dublin. The restaurant has a warm, intimate atmosphere that feels cozy without being cramped. Even though it's a smaller space, we never felt crowded, and the mix of locals and travelers created a lively, welcoming vibe. We highly recommend making a reservation. Service was impressively quick, but the restaurant filled up throughout the evening, and it's easy to see why. We started by sharing the chicken skewers, which were tender, juicy, and a perfect way to kick off the meal alongside a shared Asahi beer. The sushi was exceptional across the board. The Softshell Crab Futomaki was a standout: generously sized rolls filled with crispy soft-shell crab, fresh vegetables, and perfectly seasoned sushi rice, creating a wonderful contrast of crunchy and creamy textures in every bite. The spicy tuna roll had just the right amount of heat without overpowering the freshness of the fish. The chef's choice Bara Sushi was another highlight. The dish was nicely presented and featured a delicious assortment of fresh seafood, including salmon, mackerel, squid, and other carefully selected fish over sushi rice. Every bite offered something a little different, and it was an excellent way to sample a variety of flavors and textures of fresh seafood on the coast. We also enjoyed the salmon roll and the Kiku sashimi, both of which showcased the quality and freshness of the fish. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and together the dishes made for a satisfying meal for our group of three. From the welcoming atmosphere to the efficient service and outstanding sushi, Musashi absolutely lived up to its reputation. We'll definitely be back the next time we're over in Dublin.

Asian Food

24/01/2026: Went there today to try and get some of my favourite chocolate cake but they were closed. Does anyone know if they've closed their doors?
22/01/2026: Really nice traditional Asian cheese tart! Super tasty, not too sweet, and always fresh. The uncle selling it is so friendly and welcoming — always smiling and makes you wanna come back again and again. Definitely recommend 👍 Best cheese tart in Dublin. Super creamy super tasty
