I’ve only been here a couple of times so far but it is absolutely one of the best dining spots in Dublin. i didn’t even know what malatang was until serendipitously finding this place. really authentic chinese food, great service and lovely atmosphere. the food takes under 5 minutes to be delivered to your table. it’s so fun getting to create your own bowl of ramen, and the set menu options are fantastic aswel.. such good value. it’s perfect if you are ravenous and want a big feast, or if you are peckish and just want a nice little snack. either way, you will leave this place feeling nourished and fulfilled.

I've been ordering delivery about 10 times since last year but it's a bit frustrating these days. On the delivery app, there's no option for ordering without noodles so I had been asking them not to put noodles via calls which was not a problem till last month. But since last week, they stopped accommodating those requests even though it's due to dietary restrictions.
Best Chinese you could possibly found in town.

Been here a few times. Love their mala soup. I don’t usually crave mala, but I do crave for this, and it was a satisfying meal to end my exam season with lol

The Malatang tastes very good, and the chive box is also delicious, but the table is too crowded.

Delicious, authentic food. Very friendly staff explains the available options to the uninitiated. You can compose your own malatang from available ingredients or choose one of the ready-made proposals. I also recommend very tasty baozi. There were a lot of Asian customers in the restaurant, which says a lot about the quality of the local cuisine. Large portions, you can easily eat your fill.

Authentic place with a great hot pot! I recommend choosing the ingredients on your own, they have a very large variety and everything we tried was delicious. If you don't want to choose it yourself you can also get a set. Keep in mind that even the non-spicy broth is mildly spicy. The place is not big and tables are quite close to each other which is the only minus but it does create a homely feeling

Absolutely the best food I’ve had in Dublin!
Yang Guo Fu Malatang is incredibly authentic – it tastes just like in China. The service was also fantastic: the staff was super friendly and helped us with our order, which made the experience even better. A huge thank you! Highly recommended.
