Yoi Izakaya in Dublin

Ate here 3 times now. First time was certainly the best. Last time sushi felt a bit too dry The duck stir fries are always perfect , meat is perfect Service is fair , we like chatty and friendly atmospheres and here it’s more reserved I find but it could be just the nature of it all Really nice spot though and located near enough centre city

The staff and food was amazing! The STAR sushi roll was the best. I couldn’t take my eyes off the fish in the tank. 100% would recommend

Yoi izakaya was a great Japanese restaurant. The things me and my family tried were the tonkosu ramen, alaska sushi and the normal karage. The karage was well seasoned and didnt have to much batter on the inside making the chicken stand out. It was perfectly seasoned and didnt need any sauce. The sushi was also very good. It had loads of toppings inside. The colours made it stand out alot. The ramen was brilliant. It had loads of soup and meat too.

Great spot for a bit of lunch , their bento box deal is excellent value and the quality of food is great, staff are sound.

First time here and it didn’t disappoint. Came highly recommended. Had the pork for starters. Came out on rectangular plate with soya sauce. For mains had teriyaki chicken with noddles ( to die for) and the soup came in the little cup. Finally had the mini tiramisu for desert. Drinks wise they had Tiger on draught so I stuck with that.

Visited yesterday night for some quick sushi. The service was great, cordial and communicative even though I was alone and not needing much attention. Food was of the highest quality, served promptly. I’d highly recommend!

Quiet dinner on Paddy's day, It was late dining and the restaurant was quiet but the service was superb and the dinner was very nice. We had Ramen with Gyozas, away from the chaos in the centre
