Zambrero Hatch Street in Dublin

We hired the venue for an event and it was perfect. Frederico and the staff were a dream to deal with, the food and drinks were great and the venue looked beautiful when we decorated it. It was a wonderful evening. Thank you.

Lovely place, great food and the staff is great

Looks like Zambrero have altered the formula with their food offering. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and it appears they're scrimping on the meat portions. In addition to this, the meat looked processed or at least served in a very diminutive form - it was difficult to locate what could be discernably identifiable as chicken in a bowl. The taste of it overall was fine, but a pale contender to what they served up about 2-3 months ago. The other components were palatable - white rice, beans, lettuce, salsa and sour cream - not difficult to get right, all fine. Atmosphere in here can vary. The quieter, the better in my opinion so that's a moot entry for this review. The staff are always welcoming and polite. Back to the meat oddity, this exact sentiment was echoed in reviews in the new Rathmines store. If this is the way it's going then I'll probably give it a pass in future. Keep it as it was. Disappointing.
