03/04/2024: 4 of us visited Gurkha last Friday, 2 of the group had the large plate w/d dessert and coffee, while my partner and I had the set menu. The food was ok, some tasty dishes.Its certainly a novelty to eat with your hands and to try injera bread. (Knives and forks are available) However it was really let down by putting all different dishes together on one plate. It was really just a like a random mix of sides, many of which are quite soft and mushy crammed together on 1 plate. The way the menu is presented is confusing and in reality, there is just 1 option, which is a large mix of food on 1 plate. The toilets were not clean, the door was hanging off the one I was in. We won't be back, I'd imagine many people try this place once and don't return.
