25/11/2024: Went into Camile for something warm to eat on Thursday 21st November. Not many people in the restaurant and so I ordered and was served fairly quickly. The restaurant was freezing cold no heating whatsoever and with very few customers no ambience either. The food was acceptable but nothing special and quite expensive for crispy chicken and rice. We ate as quickly as possible to get away from the cold. Staff were nice but no real reason to go back.

06/11/2024: Food was reheated in microwave duck was like rubber we had to leave it. Chicken satay sauce was still frozen and chicken was half warm /,cold .we left. Never again.

08/11/2024: We ordered a takeaway for the first time in over a year because the last time we had a bad experience with an item missing and hard chips. I had hoped would be different a year later and I expressed our bad experience from before when placing the order and asked them to make sure all okay this time. LITERALLY the same thing happened. An item was left off and chips were hard. When I called to discuss they basically said that they don't argue over phone, that it was our mistake and they got the order right. Even though they read it back to me with the item included it was still left off the order. Customer service alone on principle is last straw. I blame myself for giving them another go but because they don't have much competition in Trim, I think they can treat customers anyway they want and dish up whatever they like.

26/10/2024: Absolute muck. The chicken is black bone which indicates that it’s battery farmed.the ribs were burnt. These people are just about shovelling out any auld much and charging top dollar for it. Very disappointing all round
