02/09/2024: Food is absolute dirt. Paid €14.80 for a bottle of water, a bag of half frozen chips and chicken burger that you’d get from Aldi. Has to be up there with worst fast food places in the country.

12/08/2024: -IF YOU'RE A FAN OF FROZEN FOOD- Then this is definitely the place for you! I recently had the “pleasure” of indulging in a quarter pounder that must have been frozen in the Arctic, only to be thrown on the heat for a few minutes . The "plastic cheese" melted on top was a highlight if you enjoy a cheese-like substance that might just be an experiment gone wrong, you're in for a treat! Chips freezing and reheated Milkshake was honestly like a cup of water Wonder if I get food poisoning? In summary, you can go to Aldi or Lidl for the same FROZEN food 😀

18/10/2024: Quality isn’t good anymore. Especially the “Oreo” milkshakes (which is literally vanilla with bits of Oreo’s). Save yourself a few € and go to McDonald’s for an OREO McFlurry 👍

03/10/2024: Not good this time. Sometimes you get a fresh hot burger (particularly if you order the gourmet burger options but these are the most expensive), other times you get a lukewarm burger with cold salads on a bun which is cold as well (as was the case in this last visit). I knew when my order came out so quick it must have been a burger that was kept in the holding area that must have been there a while as it was only lukewarm. I ordered a deal on the app that was a whopper meal with a cheeseburger. The whopper was OK but only lukewarm. Chips and drink OK. Cheeseburger looked cold and not fresh and hot. Cheese didn't look melted. Bun felt cold. Meat in it was probably cold too. I went at a non busy time. You'd think the food would be fresh when not busy! Maybe the staff couldn't have been bothered to make fresh burgers and just took burgers that had been in the warmer area for ages into the buns and couldn't be bothered to toast/warm the buns either! I don't bother complaining as staff probably wouldn't care. Shame they can't prepare food fresh and hot especially when I went at a non-busy time! Too many times I've ordered a whopper which is supposed to be BKs famous burger and what I get is a sub standard lukewarm burger. Not fresh and hot from the flame grill as they advertise! I don't think I ever got a hot and fresh whopper. It's the same with the BKs in the city centre. I order a whopper and it's the same lukewarm burger dished out to you. Not good. If you want hot and fresh I recommend Supermacs as all there burgers are cooked to order so you are guaranteed hot and fresh burger there. Go supermacs. Forget BK...
