05/07/2025: The best salad in the world. Fried zucchini, broccoli, chickpeas, noodle salad. Perfect lunch. Go and enjoy. You got to choose your own toppings from 4 options. The display case was also full of delicacies, which I didn't have time to take pictures of. The staff was cheerful and friendly. Perfect. My friend bought dessert and raved that it was the best ever. Thank you, see you soon ❣️

A very cosy and delicious place in Ballybofey!
They always serve fresh, high-quality food — from hearty burgers to light salads.
I really enjoyed the warm goat cheese salad with nuts, and the large plate with meats, veggies and mixed salads — everything was well prepared and beautifully presented.
Friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. I’ll definitely come back!

29/06/2025: Went to the Curry Cottage today with the family, and every one of us left delighted, each dish had beautiful spices and tasted gorgeous, even the cheesecake I got for dessert was fresh and tasted amazing,
I went for the Garlic chilli chicken bhuna and it would recommend to try it, very good blend of flavours and spices
On top of the food being amazing, the waiters are top notch, so friendly and always had a smile 😊
Will be returning 😀

Lamb Biriani & Lamb Saag
With Naan
breads
And it was delicious
Cannot fault anything
The lamb was tender and a good amount of it
The curries were flavoursome and delicious
Biriani was one of the best I’ve ever had
And the breads were good too
I so wish I lived closer as this place never fails, top notch as always 🌟

21/05/2025: Big disappointment as we have only heard good things about the food , food was so tasteless and the sauce in the butter chicken tasted like water and not the creamy taste you would expect, counted about 7 pieces of very small cut chicken in it also , the lamb bhuna was the same . Disappointing is a understatement
20/05/2025: Wow! Honestly the finest curry I've ever eaten in Ireland, what a treat! Myself and my wife ordered a vegetarian Deshi and a Saag Paneer and were both blown away, absolute perfection.
The waitress was lovely and friendly and the service was top notch.
Maybe the only thing to improve on would be the lighting as it was a bit bright, but no complaints, we will be back, 10/10, thankyou!

14/05/2025: My Husband and I were enjoying a 3 night stay food was good pool was fab however I I remembered I had an appointment which I had forgotton so had to leave early however on the way down in the lift I took a bad nose bleed to say the staff were good would be an understatement they were amazing they attended me looked after .me in fact I was quite overwhelmed. I would like to send a big big thankyou all the staff at the reception
Area for going over and beyond they were amazing and I will be back xxxxx

06/03/2025: Purchased a steak and kidney pie, like most steak and kidney pies nowadays, lacked kidney. Other than that tasty, also tried some of my wife's chicken curry, it was superb.

So here it is grand pub great staff, good vibe good drink, great entertainment and you can bring your dog what's not to like. Don't get in often enough.

03/03/2025: We got pulao rice and chicken biryani. Coming from an Indian, I can say this is one of the best biryanis I’ve had in Ireland and they serve that with raita (yoghurt dip) which is as close to my home style raita as it gets. Highly recommended but it’s a bit oily. If they reduce it a bit, that’ll be even better. It’s halal

04/02/2025: The spicebag seasoning is not nice, no real flavour, its mostly sugar & no spice. It also doesn't come with any veg, the chicken is stringy & a spicebag shouldn't come with chicken balls. Apart from that, service was fast, it's very clean & food was fresh & very hot.

08/03/2025: 👎🏿The food here is rank and I wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Hairy half cooked chicken and chewy stale shrimp is not something I ever want to see again. Therefore follow my example and avoid this place🤢
