25/01/2025: This Indian is pure classsssssss best curry we have had in Ireland! The staff are just so efficient and attentive, made our weekend in ballybofey! We will definitely recommend this to all our family and friends !

21/11/2024: Fantastic. I had a Lamb sag, vindaloo hot, and it was. My wife’s pasanda was lovely. Lemon rice was the best I’ve had in years. It was my birthday and I mentioned that when I was waiting for my takeaway. The guy behind the counter immediately gave me a free beer while I waited. Great experience.

12/12/2024: I was very disappointed in our stay in Jacksons. The matresses in the rooms it must be said is nothing short of a disgrace, I think its about 10 years overdue a change. The decor in the room, the electric shower, I'm really not sure where to start with the rest of it, I won't even get into the dodgy extension box in the room. You could hear people talking next door, on both sides, its a glorified prefab room. You could hear people going in and out of their rooms. I actually slept outside of the blankets that night the bed was so bad. My wife ended up with a rash from the towels for two days after. The food, although nice the service was terrible, it took so long to get served and even getting the bill took an age. Jacksons is not a 4 star hotel, no matter what way its ranked. I think charging what they charge isnt right in any walk of life, for what they provide its extortionate. I expected more, we expected more. Ive been to Ballybofey many times but staying here really did put a dampner on the trip. I expected more from the room, the hotel and the reception the next evening. The pool isn't great either tbh. The whole place is falling apart. I brought this to the attention of reception upon leaving but it wasnt dealt with except for a final remark of "Drop us an email about it". I did email, I have not received a reply as of yet.

10/12/2024: We visited jacksons for the santa hotel on Dec 6th until Dec 8th. During our time storm darragh let loose and so our santa express at oakfield was cancelled which was heartbreaking. 💔 No fault of the hotel at all. The hotel provided Christmas movies, santa visit in the function room and arts and crafts. It was brilliant. The hotel was also close to plenty of shops for both kids and parents and the hotel even gave vouchers for the toys shops and mcelhinneys. Pool is big and staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Bar food again lovely and big portions even for kids. Our boy has Autism and the hotel left us a sensory pack with a tent and fidget toys. Beautiful touch. I would like to specially thank 2 receptionists, Holly and Catherine. You girls were amazing. Yous had alot to deal with when the santa express got cancelled but yous done such a great job. Yous made special efforts with your guests and made our little boy, Jack's stay so special. You girls are worth your weight in gold. Thank yous. See yous again.

25/10/2024: Great venue,great entertainment as a rule . Leg room could be better

17/09/2024: 1st visit to the Centre, and was well impressed. Very comfortable with a nice bar area. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
