31/07/2025: A nice cafe with impressive artwork. The coffee and cake were also good. After ordering, go up to the second floor and they'll bring it to you.

23/07/2025: Just tried the new blend of Java the Hut called 9 Bars ...Distinct Bold Real Coffee flavour with lasting tropical aftertaste..Amazing new addition to the coffee scene in Balbriggan! I just had a flat while, but can't wait till tomorrow to check it out as a double espresso 😋

10/06/2025: Always love a coffee from Java, with a bespoke roasters just down the road in balbriggan , great priced coffee from the source and some of the highest quality beans available anywhere in Ireland.

23/08/2025: Absolutely gem of a pub . Met so many wonderful people . The pub staff were friendly and the drinks were a very decent price . We shall return.

10/08/2025: Our first restaurant experience in Balbriggan was incredible because we decided to try Karma. The atmosphere is mystical and romantic, the food is out of this world, and our meal was reasonably priced. Cannot recommend enough!

02/08/2025: Great place with varied and very tasty food. I am a frequent visitor and the food has never disappointed. The service is excellent in most cases and the atmosphere is cosy, with pleasant background music. P.s. To the young brunnette teenage girl behind the bar who "greets" guests and hands out menus:"Leave your bitterness and unfriendliness at home."

06/07/2025: Best kebab I ever had and I've a had a fair few ,drove 22 mins home with it and food still piping hot ( manager said it would stay hot for 45 mins) and it would have Mixed kebab 9.5/10

05/07/2025: Today, the two of us had the doner kebab menu with fries and a drink for 12.99 per menu. The doner kebab itself was good but very small, and the bread was definitely not doner bread but flatbread, which was very disappointing. While eating, the bread was falling apart at all the edges, and the fries were a complete disaster. They had been in a bag for 5 minutes because we ordered them to go, and when we wanted to eat them, they were just a clump of fries. The fries weren't salted, weren't crispy, and the sauce was charged extra. That's not how I imagine a menu! But the employee at the cash register was very accommodating and did his best. The fries concept urgently needs to be revised!

13/06/2025: Absolutely the best chipper in Balbriggan. Food Is always on time and delicious.

29/03/2025: Update Grabbed a coffee from the truck beside the community centre. Absolutely perfect 👏 See you again ‐---‐-------------------- Coffee is hit and miss. Barrista's don't seem to be as competent as other places in the town. (I.e java and cabana) The coffee I got today was supposed to be a latte, but it was basically an americano with hot milk and zero foam. And more expensive than java and cabana. See the difference in the pic. UPDATE: I sense some passive aggressiveness in the response. For clarification, the picture I took was just after I had left, so it's not a random image slapped up there. I was buying a coffee there once or twice a week. It's not rocket science to make a decent foamy latte/cappuccino. The quality just isn't as good as other cafes. I'll come back again, if the quality is better I'll update my review.

03/08/2025: Had a couple of drinks here, when Laurie Hartz was singing, he is just amazing, just amazing! ❤️Thank you for a great atmosphere! Staff is very friendly
