04/04/2025: One of the slowest check-in experiences I’ve encountered anywhere in the world. On April 4th at 11:40 AM, the Pegasus Airlines check-in desk was severely delayed—particularly due to one staff member who spent nearly 20 minutes assisting a single passenger. This caused a long queue of other passengers to wait unnecessarily. When I politely asked for her name, she refused to provide it, and her ID badge was not visible.
22/03/2025: Food was good but some staff members is rude 😒
