15/08/2024: Great spot for a quick coffee. The coffee is rich and smooth with the usual brews available. It is takeaway only and uses compostable coffee cups. There are some snacks available and artisan bread is delivered on Fridays. Service is quick so you can grab your coffee and go. Plenty of street parking available.

13/12/2024: Almost thirty of us went here for a Christmas party. I was very impressed. The function room was a perfect size for our numbers and nicely laid out. The service was fantastic, in particular our waitress, Emma, who could not do enough for us. The restaurant bent over backwards to cater for any dietary requirements and even printed up a personalised menu for those of us who had said requirements. That was a first! The food was excellent and I enjoyed all three courses.
09/09/2024: Back to Balreask for 2 nights over last weekend. This is the 4th time that we have set up camp here for our yearly Captains P&P outing. We are based in Dublin 15 so only a quick 30min trip up. Located on the doorstep of Navan town, you've plenty of options within easy reach. This place just does not disappoint. From arrival to departure, the staff are always on top of their game. Food was top drawer as always, along with the superb service provided by Enda and his crew. Rooms were spotlessly clean as always. Shout out to Nico, Guntar & the ever-lovely Ingrid who are a credit to the place. Keep up the great work and see you all in 52 weeks 👍

The Century Bar

02/11/2024: The bartender informed me that "we're currently living the book of revelations,666, and that elon musk is going to bring it about whether or not trump is around". Additionally, there was an elderly couple who were yelling at me to leave as I walked past them in the bar.
On a positive note: they don't have a card reader and I didn't have cash on me, so the lady who poured my guinness gave it to me for free.

19/09/2024: Type of place you could set up camp for the day.
18/08/2024: Played a gig there. We were made incredibly welcome from the second we arrived. Very friendly staff and a great atmosphere! Highly recommend. PS, thanks for the coffee 🙂
