25/03/2024: Terrible organisation for group setting had soup and sandwiches organised for certain time , group split into all corners ,some got soup some got sandwiches and the lucky few got both , manager never appeared after we asked what was happening..

13/12/2023: The whole carvery area was completely understaffed. I was with someone who got a small dinner, ie 1 skinny slice of meat...seriously, but with very generous trimmings I have to admit. I wanted a salad and was rudely told by the girl on carvery that there were other staff on the salad counter.....there weren't. Eventually I asked a staff member if I could get a salad and chips. I thought she would pull out an axe and kill me with the death stare I got. I finally got a mediocre tasteless salad and cold chips. The poor girl who served me was also the only floor staff I could see, so clearly she was under massive pressure. This was 1.30 two weeks before Christmas. I will NEVER eat there again. It was appalling. Worst €22 I ever spent and I had heard really good things. Never again 😒
12/12/2023: Paid €19 for re heated chicken curry in microwave! (Without chips)Absolutely vile!
