22/06/2026: The customer service here is exceptional and as a result I am rewriting my review to reflect this with a better rating. After I wrote my review about being left upset and complaining about the price, they immediately refunded me. The pizza was exceptional which is why I am happy to rewrite my review. Thank you Brezzies for showing how customer service should be done. I will definitely be back as a result.

28/06/2026: What an awesome young fella works there. I don't know if he's the manager or not but he was there a while back when I used to order from pizza dog monthly. Young fella with glasses and dark hair was so focused and professional during a busy night when we collected our pizza, very polite and fast paced at checking all the orders. He apologized for delay as well. That happened a good few months back but now that I order from Sallins Pizza dog I decided to highlight the great service that the fella provided. Wish I got his name before.
23/06/2026: Gave me terrible diarrhea in the middle of the night. Do not eat here!

18/05/2026: Was my first time ever eating from here, my friend who I went down with recommended it and said the food was lovely, we were waiting for the food and the blonde lady behind counter looked at me shouted āorderā then I approached the counter she threw our garlic bread down and then muttered a very intimidating, inappropriate threatening comment aimed towards my friend who was waiting by the front door, after leaving we realised she did not give us our waters and I did not go back in as she was very intimidating and I felt as though I couldnāt go back in due to that. I am absolutely appalled I will absolutely never eat from here again unless the appropriate measures can be taken to resolve this, as someone who works in customer service locally I find this behaviour absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. I hope I will be contacted about this further to know what steps have taken place.
24/02/2026: The steak was too salty and there was a lot a sand and big chunks of black peppers
It was a total waste of money and time.the fries were soft and the fish was raw and not crispy.I had the worst fish and chips in the world and the worst experience

06/07/2026: Iād suggest the owners travel a bit more and see how similar pizza restaurants are run in other countries. It might give them some ideas on how to improve the overall customer experience.
The pizzas were quite good. We ordered two large pizzas as part of a special offer and waited about 23 minutes, even though there werenāt many customers at the time. The pizzas were freshly baked, but the Pepperoni pizza was a little too salty for our taste. Overall, the food was enjoyable.
The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the dining area. While we were there, all of the staff stayed behind the counter, and no one came out to clean the tables or check the seating area. We had to wipe our own table before sitting down because it hadnāt been cleaned after the previous customers. Keeping the dining area cleaner and checking it more often would make a much better impression on visitors.
27/06/2026: Been coming here for years with no issues and then found plastic inside one of there pizzas.
Owner/Manager claims it wasn't inside the pizza and I'm lying. I have reported them now to FSAI

Apache Pizza
05/07/2026: Very disappointed with my experience at Apache Pizza Skerries. This is the second time I've ordered a pizza with anchovies through their website, only to receive a phone call afterwards saying they don't stock anchovies. If they no longer offer them, they should remove them from the online menu instead of allowing customers to order something that isn't available. Looked up today its still on their website to order!!!!!!!!!
After cancelling my order, I was told it would take 3ā5 working days to receive my refund, leaving me without my meal or my money. As someone on a full disability allowance who relies on delivery services, this caused unnecessary hardship.
I sent a formal complaint to Apache Pizza's head office but received no reply, no apology, and no follow-up from the Skerries store manager. The lack of communication and customer care has been just as disappointing as the original issue.
I've been a loyal Apache Pizza customer for years and have always had excellent service from the Balbriggan store, but after being let down twice by the Skerries store and receiving no response to my complaint, they've lost a loyal customer.

06/04/2026: Without doubt the best pizza in the town.
01/01/2026: Ordered a snack box with chicken breast. What I got was possibly a deep fried pigeon, more bones than Glasnevin Cemetery. The chips were rank also. 2nd time in , the 1st being the blandest quarter pounder I've ever had but put it down to a bad day at the office. Never again. Avoid.
Sorry Jimmy, but it's a no from me.
