02/02/2025: I've been frequenting Thai Spice for many years. It's a great place to have a meal with friends. Reasonably priced and always top quality. The staff are great. Importantly, I always feel I'm getting value for money!

19/12/2024: Food and restaurant staff are still excellent! However, it is winter, PLEASE turn on the heating a little bit at least. It was genuinely freezing in there. Ladies toilet has only ice cold water to wash your hands. Not great after you've been sitting in the cold. Please fix these issues. Thank you!

06/01/2025: Food great as always but poor service. Waiting at least 30 minutes to pay the bill. Once it was dropped to the table nobody came back to take the payment. Nearly impossible to get anyone's attention. Staff are very good at looking away when you try to call them.

01/01/2025: Absolutely love this restaurant, was there last night NYE with my family we sat upstairs atmosphere was brilliant 2 singers on guitars amazing had the place buzzing food as always delicious 😋 a big thank you to the manager who had us all dancing in the new year ..staff brilliant..c u,s soon

24/01/2025: 23 days and i still haven’t got my refund. Called the place twice already and they told me both times theyll pass the information on to the manager but still no update. Its disappointing and sad customer isn’t n1 priority, the fact that i have to follow up and call them and hear same thing as well. Also, knowing that theres an issue with the system as it wasn’t the first time that this happened to a customer i was told. Email promotion said 20% off of the first order, clicked on link, ordered, checked out, nothing appeared so i can put the discount code and even it was the link i was sent from Camile. I called and explained. The girl asked the manager, the manager didn’t talk to me on the phone but said to the girl that theres nothing else that can be done from their side. The girl on the phone also told me i could cancel and try again and if again id didnt work they could give the discount manually. Said that she couldn’t take it off as i already had paid but they could do a discount when i would arrive for collection. i cancelled i didnt bother going through again with the risk of it not working and being left hungry. She mentioned that it wasn’t the first time it happened its the system but if Manager doesn’t want to do anything to fix it its a pity as this place has delicious food. An experience like this would make me stop visiting.

10/01/2025: Very quick and efficient, food was hot and tasty. Couldn’t enter my discount code online but they did it for me in the shop. Great staff. Very friendly.
