Fujiyama Sushi
Dublin
21/05/2025: Absolutely awful experience, me and my bf went there for our 3 year anniversary. We ordered 3 Chinese dish, couldn’t eat the grilled fish because it was so sweet. When I was paying the girl at the till was saying oh that’s normal for it to be sweet, me as a Chinese people that have been to sichuan many times I ve never had anything like that. Plus I don’t think the fish or the other pork feet dish we ordered was fresh.
She was even asking us to scan the revolut code to make payment.
There was a charge of €1.5 written on the receipt but we weren’t told that’s the charge for the take away box.
15/05/2025: Genuine Japanese restaurant on O'Connell Street. Really tasty food.

Siam Thai

17/05/2025: **Disappointing Experience on a Special Occasion**
We visited this restaurant to celebrate a birthday, having mentioned the occasion in our booking. However, there was no acknowledgment or courtesy extended, despite witnessing other tables—some with only two guests—receiving celebratory treatment. As a group of six, this left us feeling overlooked.
Service was particularly poor. We were accompanied by two children, yet the staff were so inattentive that my daughter had to go to the reception herself just to ask for colors. We waited at least 15 minutes, repeatedly calling for service before anyone attended to us. When the food finally arrived, it came **before** the plates did, making the experience feel rushed and disorganized.
Additionally, hygiene was concerning—the cutlery, especially the glasses, had visible spots, leading us to avoid drinking from them altogether. The entire experience felt transactional and impersonal, despite us spending over €150.
While the food itself was enjoyable, we were surprised by the poor service, especially since it wasn’t particularly busy on a Thursday evening. The restaurant also seemed a bit rundown, adding to the overall disappointment.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and by no means its a fine dining as casial restaurants nearby clearly trump them in terms of food really sad after being a long time customer
09/05/2025: Lovely restaurant. The food is top class and the staff are always friendly. I had stir fry chicken with cashew nuts and jasmine rice. As always it was superb.

Camile Thai Northern Cross
Dublin
05/05/2025: Great service and delicious food, really nice place to eat a good and peaceful lunch.
04/05/2025: Ordered a vegan Pad Thai and there wasn’t a single piece of tofu. Very few pieces of vegetables, mostly just dry noodles. This take away is expensive and quality is quite poor.

Tuk
Dublin
02/05/2025: great food, wonderful service, will definitely be back again
26/04/2025: Just bought chicken dumplings from Tuk, was crispy, juicy and tasty.
Don’t have pictures because we finished as soon as we opened it. Only had to wait 5 mins for the takeaway.
For 7.49€ you will get around 6 dumplings.

Yummy Oriental
Dublin
10/06/2024: I don't know how to rate the place as the restaurant is not at the mentioned address or out of business. The same address is Japanese Minori sushi/bento/ noodle box place.
I am very sorry I put one star only because I wanted to get Chinese and ended up with Japanese food as had no other choice. It is frustrating. They should correct the address or take it off Google maps or at least leave the note that they are out of business or changed the name.
Sushis were nice though 😅.

Bell Peppee
Dublin
22/02/2025: Ordered take out from as we usually have done as we are regular customers. However prices have ridiculously increased and the quality of food has drastically dropped. The meat was disgusting, dry and chewy. It was not fresh chicken, either was the rice, dry and hard.could not eat it was very unpleasant. Very disappointed as it was of much better standards in the last year. Sabai is much cheaper and better quality fresh Thai food. Bell pepper is rip off price for what they are throwing out to you. Will not be returning.
18/10/2024: Went for lunch break on my own. Ordered Singapore noodles with chicken. Got Singapore noodles with some form of bouncy, chewy white meat. The noodles weren't good. The meat was absolutely vile. Paid over 16 euro for a plate of crap and a bottle of sparkling water. The water was about the only thing that didn't make me feel sick.
Never again.

Mango Tree
Dublin
25/10/2024: Food had bad odour tasted ok but unsure , a green curry chicken dish , after eating some the taste was off but hidden in spice as green curry , put aside and later the chicken was turning black with bad smell , owner decided this was burning from the wok , a rude type , never emphasised with me , turned on the blame game , his manor farm chicken suppliers , I have never any issue with manor farm and hold them in high regard …this attitude repulses me , own up , end of … make up own mind from photo , never order from this place 👎 offered a credit to purchase there , sorry but I will never order there again !!
