16/11/2024: I will not order from here ever again it took nearly 1.5 hrs for my order to be delivered and by the time I received it, it was cold. Had to phone to see where my order was and why it was so late and this is not the first time either, have ordered two other times before and same situation over an hour late delivering the food and had to phone to chase up. The excuse you get is we are just really busy, it's not good enough I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on as this is not acceptable customer service. I would not recommend!!!

15/11/2024: Pick-up order was collected and when got home realised was missing sauce. Had to drive back and rang on the way to advise. Woman on the phone said everything would be handled when I got there. Fresh replacement meal ready when I got there with comp on original. The woman who dealt with the query turned a negative experience into a really positive one. Didn't catch her name but Friday 15/11
