26/11/2023: We spend one night here and are very very pleased with our experience. The room was spotless. Fresh, clean linen, lovely feather duvet, loads of towels. Our room had a PlayStation and access to loads of movies and games. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived a little late and needed dinner for ourselves and the kids. As a B&B that don't have an evening restaurant, but they helped us find a local restaurant that delivered and provided us with space to eat at the bar. We had our 6 year old and our very very rambunctious 1 year old and they were so accommodating. The location is stunning. The view from our room was right over the meeting of the rivers. Breakfast was hearty, and again they did everything they could to accommodate us with the two smallies. Yes, the building is older - but it's charming. The small bar next to the shop was buzzing with locals having a pint. But there was the larger bar that was quiet as well. I honestly don't understand some of the bad reviews here. The place was welcoming and clean. The location is amazing. We had a great stay.
